The service I have received from Wessex Eco has been fantastic, from initial enquiry to after sales care, the whole team are brilliant. They are motivated, articulate, passionate and knowledgeable and have guided myself and my wife through the process in the best possible manner.The survey was conducted in a highly professional manner with all my ‘daft’ questions answered.I cannot praise the installation team enough; your foreman led them incredibly well and it was a pleasure to have them working in and around my house. I was away during the electrical installation, but judging from the neat and tidy state of my house on return I can only assume your electricians are of the same calibre.

In my initial market search, I rejected Wessex ECOenergy on the grounds they were slightly more expensive than many firms available locally. I subsequently engaged with numerous alleged quality installers and quickly realised I could achieve a low price but at the expense of quality, customer service and peace of mind. Wiser, I went back to Wessex Eco and from the initial interactions with Alan in Sales, through Elena, Lizzie and Jay and his team of installers, the process has been seamless and stress free. At every stage of the process from end to end I was kept informed proactively and every member of the team that I interacted with was professional, competent and courteous. My decision to consciously pay a small premium for quality of service by selecting Wessex EcoEnergy has been thoroughly vindicated and I encourage anyone considering a Solar installer to learn from my experience and not to base your selection solely on price. That will bring Wessex Ecoenergy into your selection criteria and from my experience, you'll be forever grateful!

Really good professionals - have visited me to install solar & battery a few years ago, and more batteries / power wall controller upgrade last week.First rate installation team and first rate planning & execution.

After a lot of research we decided that Wessex eco energy sounded the best company to install our solar panels. We started back in September with Luke who spent lots of time on the phone answering my questions and being extremely patient while I grappled with the complexities of modern technology. Next Andy who designed our array and who was also friendly and knowledgeable and put up with me changing my mind several times.Then Nathan came to do an on-site survey, he was polite and helpful and explained in detail how it would all be fixed to the roof and how it would all work. Then we had Jay, Mark & Casper who worked through the rain. They were all very respectful of our house and did an excellent neat job explaining what they were doing as they went along. Lastly Pete arrived, he again was professional and friendly and did an extremely neat job with what looked like hundreds of wires. He gave a very good explanation of how it would all function. Lizzie & Elena in the office we’re helpful and polite each time I spoke to them. Everyone we came in contact with were a credit to their company and we are so pleased that we chose you to do the installation. Thank you.

This is without doubt the most professional and honest company I have ever used.I cannot fault the whole team, roof Solar installers, office staff, accounts, Tesla battery commissioning guys, just all top of their game!If you’re reading this to try and decide on the company to go with for your project, you would be foolish to go elsewhere. 10/10.

What can I say. It’s great when you come across a company with real customer values. I wanted to use a local company and struck pure gold with these guys. The initial consultations where first class with any concerns I had fully answered. The project proposal and final designs are very informative. The survey was quick and first rate. I wanted as much of the equipment out on sight but still maximise our personal storage space and this was accommodated brilliantly with suggestions that I had not thought of. The Solar panel fitters on the day were professional, also very informative and very tidy. I went for a battery storage system which was on back order and was fitted a few weeks later. I was always kept informed of any further delays and when a manufactures offer was announced with a time restriction, the team at Wessex defiantly went the extra mile to insure that I could benefit from it. Since having the everything fitted I have had a few questions and each time someone has always got back to me in a timely manner with answers. I really could not ask for better. Thank you

We were introduced to Wessex EcoEnergy by our energy provider Good Energy soon after their merger. Right from the start we were impressed by their professionalism and this was evident throughout the project. We purchased a solar panel and battery solution which Wessex EcoEnergy designed and installed for us. The installation was completed in two days which was a great effort given our property was 3 stories high and scaffolding was required. The installation team were also excellent and the finished job looks great, just as promised. There were a couple of small anomolies post-installation which were resolved by Wessex Eco energy and Solar Edge who supplied much of the equipment. The performance of the system has been amazing and the battery has more than proven it's worth. It supplies all our energy needs at night and recharges again by the middle of the day. We have now turned our gas boiler off and use the immersion heater to heat our hot water in the afternoons, directly from the solar panels. There is also capacity to add a car charger if we were to get an electric car. Solar with a battery is the way to go, and Wessex EcoEnergy proved to us that they are a trusted company to go with.

We researched three businesses, all local, asked for quotations from all three, asked lots of questions of all three, and took some time before choosing Wessex ECO Energy.We were very impressed with the prompt responses, the detailed answers, and the helpful tone of the emails we received.Once we had agreed the layout of the panels and the price, the surveyor came to measure up and check where everything would go, and he explained clearly what work would be needed to get all the cables in place. When we encountered a problem with our roof an alternative layout was quickly suggested which made the best of what was possible with the design of our roof.Once the survey was done we were expecting installation a month or more later, but they had a cancellation and the job was started a week after the survey. What professionals! All done in three days, very friendly, polite, hard-working, and tidy.We are very pleased with our panels and are so glad we chose Wessex ECO Energy.

Sometimes projects can go wrong, cause issues or have unforeseen hurdles that can crop up and test one’s resolve. This was one of those projects. A new roof with integrated panels. When I had got to the point of no return and had resided to the fact that I would have to live with the choices that had been made to make good a bad situation I had one more call with Wessex Ecoenergy to discuss where this project would go.The following morning, Martin Hawkins (director) with Debbie Clapp (operations director) had a site meeting with me and we set about trying to find a solution to the unforeseen hurdle.This is where Wessex Ecoenergy’s expertise professionalism and knowledge of fitting solar panels came into its own. Not only could they see that I was unhappy with the outcome they also agreed that something should be done. Within hours we had the roof stripped back to bear bones and Martin had overcome the problem, and set about setting us back on track. Whilst this was happening Debbie was on the phone organising materials, logistics and their fitting teams. All this while she helped strip the roof and shift tiles around.Forty eight hours later I think I had most of the workforce on my roof, not only did Martin want to make sure the roof was completed to a high standard he saw it as a perfect opportunity to train his staff. It was fantastic to watch an employer work so well with his team. For all this work and organising, He and Debbie should be proud of the service they provided.Not only was the project finished on time and on budget, it was finished to a standard that was far beyond my expectations and for this I can only thank Martin, Debbie and all involved.Would I use Wessex EcoEnergy again?Definitely, I have already discussed my next project with them and look forward to completing it with them in the near future.Thankyou to all the team

I would wholeheartedly recommend WessexEcoEnergy. Following an install at my last house with a small and highly professional company in Bristol, matching these standards for a larger company where internal communication is harder would be challenging. Wessex Eco managed that with aplomb and impressed from the off. Sales is where the rapport starts and Luke is a highly professional and super knowledgeable guy. None of the pressure sales stuff, just patient exploration of what was the right solution for me in a sea of options. The end result is great both from outside and the electrical work inside. Lots of intelligent considered suggestions to make the result what it is whilst maintaining very high standards of cleanliness and courteousness throughout; all in all a lovely team to have on site. Where stuff goes slightly awry and stuff does, it’s how it’s handled that matters and Wessex Eco do this well too. The end result? A respectful solar install on a 20th century extension to an an 18th century building with a happy customer. Thank you to all.
