Great assistance with Health and Safety Plan and coordinating discharge of pre-commencement Planning Conditions. Happy to review health and safety items and provide information as required for the building construction. Integrated Design, unlike other practices, make regular visits to construction works and attend design team meeting as required with the main contractor. They inspect construction quality and monitor progress against Construction Programme to make sure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

I needed a survey done on my house and I contacted IDA, they came out the following day.Mr Sehdeva explained what the problem was, its causes and its remedy. A few days later I received a comprehensive report.I have phoned and spoken with Mr Sehdeva on several occasions and I can honestly say that he has been friendly, courteous and thoroughly professional.I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

I used Integrated Designs' services for a new beam where I wanted an internal wall removed. When the engineer came out he also helped us with many other quieres we had about the works and we ended up using the company for an extension. They have been nothing but professional from the start, i would like to thank the whole team for their efforts and the short time frame they accomplished everything. Cannot recommend enough! 10/10

Worst people you will ever come across.They are only after money. They look professional only till they take your money. Once you have paid upfront costs they turn to forget about your job.Very unprofessional unorganised.Will never recommend. Save your money and go somewhere else

I would definitely use this company again. Paramjit came up with a calculation that solved a problem for our extension. Their price was very competitive. He did the calculation within 48 hours of me presenting the details to him. Thank you.

We contacted integrated designs for a 2 storey side and rear extension to our family home, we were not disappointed, from the start we felt comfortable with them, guiding us and helping us design the home we always wanted, I cannot recommend them enough Thanks so much team!!

Superb at dealing with party wall matters and conducting surveys, inspections and specialist investigations required on site. Also assisted with underground drainage matters and negotiations with planning authorities to a satisfactory outcome for all involved.

I made the mistake of requesting assistance with a new build from this company. All I can say is that their fact-finding process is awful. I have found out afterwards that I require a file so as my architect can complete the project drawings due to the fact that this firm DOES NOT reply to any kind of calls, emails. In fact when I called the original consultant whom is the Director and Owner refused to take time out. As far as I can see this firm is far from professional, far from ethical, far from helpful. In fact I hope this review deters any potential clients and allows them to be saved and seek project support from an alternative company. Hopefully one that is the opposite of everything mentioned above.I now have to pay another £1000 due to this company refusing to hand over a CAD file. Potential customers please check and seek advice before instructing a company. This organisation whom ignore and refuse to reply to customer requests deserve to publicly noticed.Potential customers please don't make the same mistake I have.

Amazing service from start to finsih - I contacted Integrated Designs becasue i was looking for somewhere to develop a site i had bought & from the very start the were professional. I was contacted soon after i left a message & had a meeting the very next day to discuss everything. They undertook every application needed from planning to drainage & utilities even providing warrenties & SAP/EPCs for me all in house meaning i didnt have to go anywhere else. i have no hesitation in recommneding IDA to anyone who asks, My family & i will always use them, THANK YOU TEAM!

On the morning I had an appointment which they were supposed to arrive at 10 am which nobody arrives or makes any attempt to contact me. I phoned just as 10 am passes and the receptionist told me they are just leaving the office, an hour later nobody arrives. So I phoned again to follow up just after 11 am, which then I'm put through to the surveyor and he tells me the next appointment he can make is 2:30 pm, they did apologise but didn't explain to what they are going to do about it as they wasted my complete schedule for my day, for an appointment I made over a month ago. Hence the reason for the one star no contact was made as I had to chase them to find out what was going on. Bad experience for the beginning of the year.
