Would not use the Merthyr branch ever again. Shocking customer service and lengthy delays without a any updates! Left us without a kitchen for over 2 months as promises were not kept. I would recommend anyone buying a kitchen from them to stay away and go elsewhere or another branch. Ebbw Vale much better service. 1 star is an over rating for this useless branch!

Trying to bill me 500 quid more than the agreed price for a kitchen. Didn't tell me about a £100 delivery charge. Took 15 days to deliver everything. Went up to pick up missing stuff and return items not in our plan. Finally went up to pay when they fixed our broken hob only to be told to come back when they workout what they have done. Worst experience in buying a product in my life

Excellent service as always from the design team and fast friendly staff at the counter and warehouse. Delivery spot on to my customers house and the fit went without any problem in both kitchen and utility room. Always use merthyr branch, if it’s not in stock it’s there for you within a day or so, same day sometimes

Only complaint is when u call first to make sure your order is ready and when you get there they know nothing about your order or even worse, they don't have what you want in stock.
