As a first time buyer, the process of buying a house is always difficult. Navas Associates have made it painless. They've booked in the survey within a few working days with the full report following shortly after. Further questions regarding the survey and recommendations were welcomed and responded to efficiently. I will be recommending them in the future.

I needed an urgent structural survey on my own property, so with no recommendations very warily searched the internet. Navas Associates contacted me by pone and were so genuinely helpful and accommodating at a very difficult time for me I immediately booked an appointment. I then checked their reviews and was happy with my decision. They were not the cheapest but very reasonably priced. The surveyor was excellent. Punctual, thorough, knowledgeable and probably spent much longer than most talking his findings through with me. The written report was even more thorough than I expected. I have no hesitation in recommending Navas Associates and am very grateful that they contacted me. An excellent team that really care about their customer service and professionalism. A very pleasant surprise in this day and age. Thank you.

I ordered a homebuyer's report from Navas Associates. The price was good. They were accommodating and helpful when arranging the time and date on a property we were looking to buy. The report itself was most definitely worth it, and even though the house was relatively new, the report gave lots of useful information which we could act on. Value for money. The only improvement that would have been nice is more consistent communication via email, as at times it was difficult to get an answer, but I'd still give them 5 stars. Impressed.

We have just had a Level 2 survey carried out by Navas Associates. Friendly and efficient service from Nicola when booking. An early date was available and the price was reasonable. The report was provided promptly, appears thorough and has provided a useful insight into the property and its condition.

Recently had a survey through Navas. They were able to conduct a survey more quickly than any other surveyors I contacted and the report was provided promptly. They were fairly priced and throughout the transaction were helpful, friendly and quick to respond. The survey was informative. I recommend them.

I'm very pleased by the service provided by Navas Associates. The booking process was very clear and easy, and the time between booking and receiving the report was much shorter than I was quoted by other surveyors. The report received was comprehensive, and Nick was responsive to follow up queries. Would use again.

All previous reviews mostly revolve around speed of initial response, speed of the survey being completed and the depth of the report once produced and whilst this was all satisfactory in our case, the actual detail within the report missed some major defects with the property we purchased. We paid £700+ due to the age of the property and expected that a now glaring issue, water damage to exposed wooden beams in the top floor, would be picked up by a chartered surveyor.Looking back on the photos of the property when it was for sale, you can see the previous water damage to the beams showing leaks in several areas to the roof. Nicks report did not pick this up and made no reference to it whatsoever. We only realised such an issue when water was pouring in and have suffered this on three separate occasions, in three separate areas.Having now lived in the property for 6 months we have no means of asking the previous owners to rectify or provide additional info - something we would have been able to do prior to purchasing the property should the report we paid £700 have noted.I would not recommend Navas Associates based on this lack of attention. An easy way to waste £700 initially and pay plenty more putting issues right down the line.

Navas Associates carried out a Level 3 Survey for us. Booking was swift and efficient, the survey was carried out on time and it was extremely comprehensive, as was the report, which was very well laid out. The Surveyor was then available to answer any further queries. From our experience with Navas Associates to dater, I would highly recommend their services.
