Absolutely terrible product, you only have to look at it and it scratches. Ours has been down 18months and it looks more like 18 years, Avoid it at all costs, it’s not fit for purpose.

We love our concrete effect LVT, perfect for our utility room - easy to mop, keep clean and much warmer than the old ceramic tiles. Fitted by a local tradesman and supplied by a recommended Moduleo retailer. Thumbs up all round.

The product is not fit for purpose. Supposedly commercially rated but after six months looks horrendous. No manufacturing defects found so Moduleo have washed their hands of us.We used to have a cheaper product that was much harder wearing.Fortunately the company that installed for us hold themselves to a higher standard and are attempting to improve for us.

Cheap and now I realise why, it scratches too easily! I lost half of the spare ones we had ordered as there was a defect in the print. Over 50m square and noticing loads of scratches with some areas having really deep scratches. We have furniture pads on all of our furniture which isn't alot as we have a minimalist style. Now having to buy more and pay someone to replace planks that have only been down a year!

Awful flooring avoid at all cost, mine started to wear after less than 3 months. All now needs replacing after just over a year.

As a lvt fitter and a retailer. Moduleo is our best seller's. Like everything in this world you come across problems. Working with Moduleo they are a company that listens and will do their best to sort out any problems. Nothing is scratch proof especially something you walk over everyday. It's like anything it's how you look after it. It all comes down how your floor is fitted how the subfloor is prepared what adhesives are used in different areas. Click systems should be fitted on top of profex underlay to stop movement. When purchasing moduleo you need a professional to fit it.

Great product and is perfect for the downstairs of our home. Easy to clean and is nice to walk on. Moduleo had a great choice of floorings to choose from. Thinking of using it again in our bathroom next.

Apparently this product will fade in sunlight and I should have read the technical data sheet before ordering, I was told by customer services I will be sued if I make defamatory claims about there product, all I can say is I wouldn't advice anyone to use it in a sunroom, if you do read the small print first

Although our kitchen floor looks good from a distance, my husband and I really regret our purchase based on the poor performance of the Moduleo click floor panels over the past 12 months.We're already onto our second lot of panels, with the local supplier/fitter having taken up the original panels which had been sinking in places after a matter of weeks, improved the wooden sub-surface, and put down a whole new floor of panels.The current panels are 6-9 months old and starting to sink/come apart in places. They are also really scratched despite us living alone with no children or pets and never walking on the floor in shoes.Really poor product for the price paid.
