Goodyer were appointed to carry out my repairs. The staff were very friendly and made me feel very comfortable about the repairs I was having done. The builders were very respectful and careful around my house and extremely tidy and clean I was very pleased with the work carried out and would definitely recommend them

Really happy in particular with the service provided by Claims Handler Suzanne in preparation of and during the repair works at our flat. She was always extremely helpful and very flexible in organising around our personal circumstances.

Customer service by the lovely Suzanne and the workmanship from two awesome tradesmen Adam and Colin second to none. Very respectfully of my home / property, they're punctual, neat and tidy. The work was completed in a timely manner.Would recommend. Should you need any construction type work. They made a stressful situation bearable.

This company is an absolute joke. They were appointed by the loss adjusters to come do the drying of our property and restoration of it after. They took an absolute age after the property was dry to start the work. Had a meeting with their unhelpful director Clive and the tradesman Sukhi who was going to contact our work. What a waste of time this was!!Sukhi is no tradesman that I can say for a fact with the standard of work he has done, not even completed. This man would be smelling of alcohol on a daily basis, had the most disgusting language ever, swearing at his co-worker and not to mention my father. I seriously could go on and on with the awful work conducted in our property. Say one thing and do another! Do not use this company they will seriously ruin your property go with a 5* rating company.... Goodyer turned ours in to a bad year!

A great service, Suzanne provided excellent customer care and was very attentive. Martin was very professional and did a great job with the repair works. Thank you for all your help during a stressful time.

DO NOT RECOMMEND - Am posting this so that others avoid the major issues associated with using this companyThis company was used to complete a complete rebuild due to house fire, through insurance.Appalling service and quality of work through out - All work was sub contracted ( to cheapest contractors) and do not manage quality of work - up to you to discover it ( included walls built in wrong location - not to plan, windows had to be completely replaced, bifold doors not installed correctly - life threatening issue, and more...)Still finding key issues two years later with electricals, windows, walls, roof (latest this Christmas was finding that they had damaged the membrane on installation and not repaired = now leaks and ceiling damaged)Difficult to deal with throughout - and tried to leave feedback for others prior and was instructed" to remove or work would not be completed.The overall experience and quality of work has ended up costing far more not only in the financials but in time and distress."

Lovely and friendly staff every time I call I find someone willing to help. Builders that did work on my subsidence claim were very professional and kept me posted every step of the way which was hugely appreciated!

Goodyer were sent by our insurance company to make the outside ready for piling works and also redecorate inside where subsidence had caused cracks. I found the workmen to be hardworking and professional. Even in the heatwave they carried on. They were all polite and always kept me updated on the progress of the works. Suzanne, who organises the teams, was very supportive and made sure we knew when to expect each team. (I can’t comment on ‘good value’ as the insurance company paid). Happy with everything. Thanks.
