First visit to catch up on my dental care after my long term dentist of 30+ years removed me from their books without warning after they cancelled my last scheduled booking due to covid. Richmond House got me in for a routine checkup/onboarding within a few weeks of asking and I saw the hygienist the next day. They seem very clean and professional and they have air con, which is a godsend with the current heatwave. Very impressed!

I visited the practice for the first time recently and found that while the practice has been in Stourbridge for some time, there are 2 new dentists now and they have started to refurbish the whole practice. It is looking beautuful and not at all what you would expect a dental practice to look like! It felt fresh and modern and I felt very welcome.I saw Dr Greg for a checkup and I thought he was extremely thorough and knowledgeable, but what stuck for me was how gentle he was when looking at my teeth and while doing a clean which I needed. I am very, very happy to have found this dentist and will recommend him to all my friends and family. I'll definitely be back for my next checkup in 6 months!!

Sadly a waste of space. Staff won't accept their own administrative mistake when writing incorrect patient details under my name. Admin staff unfortunately rude over the situation and we're not reasonable. Sadly staff also weren't in alignment with eachother either as Jenna said I could have the appointment but Donna said I couldn't. Makes no sense to me, just disappointed that a family run business behaves this way. So i would not recommend.

The Team at Richmond House are superb, been today to have preparation for a crown drilled for 10 to 15 minutes and never felt a hint of pain. A very caring team

I am petrified of going to the dentist and had not been for many years. This practice were fabulous, the Dentist explained everything that was happening thoroughly and did her best to put me at ease. I then saw the hygienist who also was amazing! Explained everything she was doing and let me go at my own pace. I would highly recommend and will be going back with my son shortly

First visit. Marvellous service, warm & reassuring. Following a check up, had 2 extractions the same day. Totally painless, without doubt if you are nervous - this dental practice is for you. Greg & his assistant were brilliant with this particular nervous fellow! Top marks,

Excellent dentist, Dr Greg is the most knowledgable & experienced I have ever met. So glad I found this practice after years of moving around different dentists, I have finally settled here. First class service! The & receptionists all lovely & very friendly, I used to arrive anxious but now totally relaxed in this safe & welcoming environment. Thank you Dr Greg, Sophie & the team you guys are the best ❤️
