Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Bury St Edmunds

Reserved car 24hrs before collection. They were quite busy as it was a Saturday morning and only a couple of staff. However, received great customer service, in particular the assistant manager, Robson who seemed to be doing almost everything! Will definitely use this company again.

Avoid , they book you in online and then call 2hrs later and say they don't have a car,, Cost me 2 taxis to town and back and absolutely naffed my trip to London up as decided to get a car rather than train. Thanks enterprise

In the US, enterprise will give you the EZ pass toll options or advice you prepay depending on your journey. In UK it’s a different story. How am I suppose to know there is a congestion toll or fee I m suppose to pay prior to my journey. Maybe a sign or warning will be a courtesy for foreign visitors. Thanks a lot for the fine and $150+ charge. Keep it, cause even for corporate trips I’m done using Enterprise worldwide as a preferred rental company

If I could have scored no stars I would have. Absolutely terrible! I was meant to have a car delivered to me for 8am it arrived, after four separate phonecalls on my part at 8:53 - needless to say I didn't get to work on time for 9,considering my journey takes 50 minutes. When the driver did arrive no apology was issued until I asked why he was so late. This was answered with, 'I was told my colleague rang you'. Even if that was the case, common courtesy would be to apologise on arrival. Then followed up with bogus excuses like, 'I wasn't on site at the time, the car needed a new tyre'. Why issue a customer a car that needs a new tyre??? On return of the vehicle, I notified to say I could return it early and it was agreed someone would meet me at the specified time and location, no one did. Again I phoned, only to be told, 'Oh he won't make it there, it may not be until next week that we pick that car up'. Don't inform me of that fact though, I'm only the stupid customer that's sitting waiting for you - disgraceful service from start to finish, avoid at all costs.

Good experience rented a pick-up (F150), booked the wrong one without towing easily switched me to a towable version. Negative thing is the hook you have to arrange yourself but as a foreigner meaning buying one and then throw it away at the return. But as I returned it with the car, the guy helping me out Matt gave me a small discount in return for the Hook. Would rent here again if I am nearby, also great location vs. the airport.

Had a Crossland (new) from here it was awful and injured my disability more and only got over it.Place needs a refresh and staff need more training on what cars they are lending to people as the person didn't know nothing about the car/engine what I was driving.

I have been using this company regularly over the past year and each time I have hired a car the guys have been efficient and always fair if I return the vehicle with more fuel in it than when I collected. Happy to use them again and recommend them here.

Hired a vehicle for two days off of them. Vehicle was spotlessly clean and in A1 condition. Pricing was very good for the area. Their biggest plus was their extremely friendly go the extra mile customer service! Well done guys, thank you so much!
