Would recommend Lou in a heartbeat. My parents old boiler looked to be on its last legs near to the Christmas period and they were worried that they'd be without hot water and gas over Christmas. I found it really hard to find another installer who could pin down a time when they could come and this was worrying for them. Lou answered his phone, was friendly and helpful, turned up when he say he would, provided an estimate quickly and went above and beyond to make sure they were looked after. He is friendly, reliable and courteous. There was a small teething issue but once again he was responsive and helpful and there was no issue at all in getting this sorted quickly. Thank you Lou for going above and beyond in making sure my parents were looked after and for offering old fashioned great customer service.

Lou is reliable, professional and highly recommended. He recently replaced a boiler for us to a great standard. Despite it being trickier than expected and needing some unexpected pipe work he charged us exactly as quoted and was done on time. We really struggled to find a really good plumber/heating engineer in Wakefield but we have now!!! Thanks Lou.

Fantastic service and well priced

Called on Thursday on a whim as our boiler was playing up and nobody else could get get out to us till Monday. Lou came out that night and gave us the news we were dreading.... We needed a new boiler. He gave us a 4 day turn around he ordered a new baxi boiler and had it fitted by Monday (bare in mind the larger companies were olny going to come out to us by monday). He was absolutely wonderful. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better engineer. He was tidy clean, punctual, fairly priced. I highly recommend Lou and thermoman will definitely using using them again for services and any future projects

Lou fitted our new boiler, he is really professional and reliable. He gives really clear information and answered all our questions. He had to do quite a lot of work removing an old water tank and pipe work but left our house spotless everynight. Our new boiler works perfectly..thanks Lou!

Every year, we have Thermoman to service our fire and boiler, easy to book, always arrives at agreed time, very clean worker, always leaves the area spotless. Never an issue, first class service.

Our heating stopped working 2 days ago... we needed a new part. Contacted Lou at 10.30pm that night and by 8am he was at our house checking the problem out. He managed to get our heating working in the interim until the part arrived and the following day he came out and fixed it all within an hour. It was -3 outside and with 2 kids he recognised this needed sorting urgently. Very nice man and a very reasonable price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him again and I feel he is an honest and trustworthy person.

Lou is a top bloke, very professional and reliable. Initially called him just to disconnect my gas hob as I was having new worktops fitted around them... and he came back to reconnect as planned being gas registered" Etc. I asked for a quote on a new boiler during his visit & I was pleasantly surprised by the price he quoted for the boiler that he actually installed which I feel wad really good value for money. He was very calm throughout the day considering we had a few issues with extra work required in the piping

Lou was incredibly helpful and professional. We arrived home following a couple of weeks away to no hot water or heating; Lou was able to come over the very same day, and had our heating and hot water fixed within in minutes. Highly recommend!
