Premier Inn Portsmouth Dockyard hotel
We stayed in a great room with beautiful views. The hotel is perfectly located close to Portsmouth Harbour Station and Gunwharf Quays shopping centre. Great breakfast, combining English and continental breakfast. Very friendly and helpful staff who kept our luggage after we left the hotel until we caught the train. Very clean and quiet rooms, great care is taken to respect guests' sleep.

Perfect location close to train and bus station. The rooms where very clean and comfortable. The restraunt attached to the hotel is very good serving a good choice of food and the meal deal is well worth the money. Facilities near by have plenty of restaurants and pub near by and also a new shopping outlet with alot of retail shops to visit. Also the naval history museum is just across the road.

We stayed for 5 days during the summer holidays. The rooms were clean. The beds comfy. The air con worked. The staff were great, and the breakfasts were tasty and plentiful. All you want from a premier Inn.

Annoyed that I was charged for changing a flexible booking. Lovely comfortable mattress and duvet but one pillow was flat and the other lumpy. The alternative pillows in the sealed bag were just perfect.

I only stayed one night, and i found the hotel in a fab spot. Local to all the shops and harbour. I wish id had made a weekend of it. The room was good and the staff were friendly. I highly recommend breakfast and also the bar attached to the hotel. A great stay.

Had an easy access room as l have had serious foot surgery. Bed was extremely low which made getting in and out of bed difficult. Only booked one night and would not book again. Have always been very pleased with Premier Inn but this was ridiculous.

Stayed in a Premier Inn Plus room, so was treated to two Nespresso capsules, two bottles of water and two small pieces of chocolate.Room condition not very “plus”, worn and not sparkling clean. Shower leaking leading to a puddle all over the bathroom floor. Desk lamp without a bulb - seriously?!Nice breakfast buffet with lots of options and ample seating.

Great location and room. Friendly staff who were happy to help.We paid for a Premier Plus room and had a fantastic view of the dockyard and aircraft carriers.Lobely clean room.Lovely restaurant and tasty breakfastOnly slight niggle was not enough loo roll, and no room instructions.

Great location, breakfast always good. Bedroom was fine, and so was shower/bathroom. The only very minor fault was there was a slightly smokey smell in the room and the corridor. Not really the fault of the hotel, clearly the previous guests had been smoking.

Fab room, very comfy. Location was perfect for our needs. Only gripe was we could not get the coffee machine to work first night.
