Clare was great when I had a flat tyre. You didn't sell the tyre pump I needed but she was very helpful and let me use her personal one out of her car. I needed to get home quickly, She saved my day.

Did not have a great experience at this store, women with short red hair went rude when I didn't want to order on the I pad and wanted to go to 1 of the 2 empty tills. Stick to my Basford store from now on
