I will never shop at this store after witnessing the owner's behaviour outside of the shop today - aggressively shouting and pointing at three musicians, only inches from their faces, making a complete scene. It was absolutely shocking behaviour and there's nothing that would excuse him berating them in such a way. I went into the shop to confirm that he was, in fact, the owner. The staff were pleasant, but this in no way makes up for the owner's inappropriate and aggressive behaviour! It was very disappointing to witness.

Really grateful for the help I received from the sales team here. I was looking for a tumble drier but I wasn't sure where to put it in my flat. They helped me find a suitable place with outlet and told me what type of drier I needed. I thought I had my mind made up that I wanted a Bosch tumble drier but when I saw how easy the door was to open I changed my mind because I was afraid of my two year old getting into it. I had given up hope but one day when I had just spent all morning hanging up laundry my clothes airer collapsed. I came in and the sales person who had helped me before told me about a Hoover drier that was cheaper and had a door that wasn't as easy to open. These guys saved me from losing my mind through hanging up toddler socks one by one every week. I'm glad I bought my drier from them instead of online because they took the time to answer my questions and helped me find the right appliance for my needs.

Went there for a tv got a cracking deal for the kids. Will shop again

First time I have shopped in there and what fantastic service in store from Mark. The 2 gentlemen who delivered & installed my new washing machine were also great. I would highly recommend to anyone & I will definitely be back. Thank you for your help and speedy delivery.
