Left in hold for half an hour, then they cut me off coz they closed the lines. They know I have COPD and Asthma, and I'm now in need of antibiotics due to a chest infection. Even then, I have to go in to see a doctor or triage nurse. But not today as there are no appointments available !!!!! So by tomorrow, I will hardly be able to breathe, I'll have to travel to the surgery for them to tell me I need antibiotics , CRAZY.....

1 star because Google doesn't let you give 0. I said that I wanted to speak with a doctor about my daughter who is 3, I didn't even want an appointment and receptionist was telling me things that I already knew. I'm a nurse and although I'm not an expert on everything surely I know more than the receptionist. Then they don't want you to go to A&e but if the primary care that it supposed to be to avoid trips and admissions to the hospital doesn't work there is no other option

This used to be a great surgery (when Dr’s Thornton/Evans was there)Trying to make a routine appointment with a dr of your choice is ridiculous,, you have to ring on a Wednesday after 1430, for an appointment- 4 weeks away with any GP.I don’t wish to chop and change Drs, and when I said this GP surgery was getting worse, I was told, ‘well the surgery is busy!’ funny enough everybody is busy, trying to make ends meet. There is no consideration for night workers, living on their own, this new system is archaic! Everyone is paying extra on National Insurance, but the service provided is getting worse

Avoid at all cost. Appalling, whenever I need help they are not there. They really don't care if you spend hours on the phone for them to answer, or if you come in very poorly. Such a Shame Dr Evans, has gone, as the surgery actually provided a decent service then.

The receptionist is so extremely rude for no reason. I understand they must deal with a lot of calls but that is no reason to be so unprofessional and uncaring for someone. I called through after there had been a mix up with my prescription, the receptionist told me I should not be calling unless it was an emergency, even though I was struggling to breathe. Apparently not an emergency?

What an amazing experience! Dr Thomas Wood was so professional, kind and caring. He listened carefully and advised me accordingly. For the first time in years, I felt I am being looked after. I would give 10 stars if I could just to show my appreciation. Well done!

Feel so lucky to have this surgery.All the staff are very friendly and helpful.i phoned at 8.30 this morning and got an appt for 9.15 .Dtr arranged x-rays for me for my ongoing hip and groin pains .Couldn't ask for a better team
