Very competent, very skilled and very helpful. Took my bike and expected the need for a full rear brake set. Quickly established it was just a few tweaks, no pressure to buy. Extremely helpful and well worth the journey if your bike needs some tlc. All round good service. Definitely worth a try. 5⭐️!

Gust of wind at Delamere Forest Visitor Centre today blew over my electric bike. The fall broke the holder for my trip screen. Took it round to the Tracs Bike Hire Shop behind the visitor Centre. A wonderful member of staff (think his name was Ray/Raymond) was amazingly helpful and used several cable ties to hold the screen safely in position. Over and beyond the call of duty. Many thanks.

Used a few times, really friendly staff. Sorted us out with decent bikes, helped with sizing etc. Good price and ideally located. Recommend if you need to hire!

My friend and I went to Tracs to hire a bike for the first time. Like, ever!Everything was explained to us clearly, we were offered gel seat covers (which we were very greatful for), we were fitted up with a helmet that fitted us correctly. We had the bike measured up for us to make sure it was the right size and comfortable. The gears and breaks were explained. All of this took just a few mins, but we felt full of confidence and zoomed off into the forest. The bike was so lightweight and smooth.It felt so comfortable. We even raced each other up hills (and if you see our excited little faces in the picture next to the Gruffalo, you'll appreciate that we are not usually hills people)! We cannot wait to go back and do it again. Highly recommend them.

We had a lovely experience with the Delamere Bike hire team. The staff were on time, very friendly and approachable, and gave us all the safety instructions that we needed to know for our little trip. Overall, had a fun and amazing time. Would definitely go there again.

We visited this bike shop as of the boys axles snapped on there bike. Ray tried to fix it but didnt have the correct part in stock so they looked after his bike as they rented one out to him. My other lad had a loose pedal shaft but ray managed to find a replacement and fixed it for him. Very happy with this brill shop.
