Jamie quoted us for a new boiler installation. The quote was detailed and covered everything we asked for.The work was completed ahead of schedule and Callum did a great job of the installation.Will definitely be recommending and using Elements Heating again!

Our old boiler was deemed dangerous and beyond economic repair towards the end of February, so we needed a quick replacement ASAP. We contacted Jamie @ Elements Heating via Worcester Bosch and he visited to perform a survey and discuss options. We decided to install a Worcester Bosch Greenstar 4000 Combi boiler, so we took the opportunity to also have the hot water tank in the airing cupboard removed (and replaced with a small radiator to keep the cupboard warm) as well as the two header tanks in the loft. Dean attended for two days to do the work, a very tidy and neat job. All completed within 12 days of the original failure.Both guys were friendly, professional and gave great customer service - both in person and on the phone, communicating at all times and providing good after sales service.

Contacted Elements Heating Installations for a new boiler installation, I had just purchased a property and as soon as I got the keys the boiler failed. It was absolutely freezing in the property in the middle of the coldest weeks of January. Jaime has provided with a quote very quick and booked my installation in the next available slot (which luckily was the same week). Boiler now installed by him & all I can say is professionalism & quality are the best words that come to mind. Would definitely recommend.

Quality job done at the time stated in a professional manner. So nice to have a contractor turn up and do a full day on the job. Engineer turned up 08:30 both days and didn't leave much before 18:00. Worked hard to minimise our time without water or heating and left everything tidy when he left. Certainly not the lowest cost but probably a good investment in the long term.

I cannot fault the service and products that I received from Elements Heating Installation. The team arrived on time and did a neat and professional job with very little disturbance to my day. Jamie sat with us prior and discussed our options with his professional advice and taking on board our expectations I was extremely satisfied with the end result. Jamie and his team are absolutely brilliant. They installed a couple of aircons for us in 2021 and the product and installation was great. We have been so happy with them that we got him back to put another unit in. Jamie is always professional and on time, nothing is ever an issue. He even came out on the hottest day to install an aircon in our baby’s room so she could sleep better in the heat. Excellent company.

Fantastic job by Callum. Replaced our unconventional hot water system that had poor pressure and hot water that only lasted one shower and installed Nest smart thermostats. We now have hot showers with fantastic pressure and smart thermostats to help conserve energy. Callum was extremely hard working and very neat and tidy. Also repaired and serviced our boiler. Very professional and quality service. Would highly recommend!
