Amanda and Aaron Ashford are the most genuine, approachable and dedicated estate agents we have ever used (and we have moved 6 times in the bay) They ALWAYS respond quickly and efficiently to any questions and update you every week (something we have never had from any other estate agent) This alone would sway us to use them for any future moves but on top of that they are lovely people. Don't be put off by them being a 2 man team, they are better than any of the bigger firms we have used. Can't recommend them highly enough!!

Couldn't recommend Amanda and Aaron enough. After searching for our first house going to multiple different viewings with other estate agents with little to no knowledge on the properties we were viewing. We stumbled across a property Amanda had up for sale after a quick conversation on the phone it was all booked in and in place. We were greated with a smile from Amanda at the front door and had a very knowledgeable viewing were she had all the answers to anything we asked. We were sold on the property after the first viewing and placed an offer the same day which was dealt with extremely quick considering it was a late on a Saturday afternoon. During the long process of dealing with solicitors and surveyors Amanda and Aaron were always quick to respond any questions we had. Nothing was too much to ask, I would highly recommend them to anyone in search of a property. We're due to get the keys today and cannot wait to get in to make the house a home.
