Bought a Mitch and sons coat for my little boy back in August. The confirmation emails were quite confusing and eventually one came through saying the parcel had been sent. Long story short I never received the parcel. Turns out Royal Mail had delivered it to the wrong address. I phoned kbbc to which they were very unhelpful. After lots of emails and Facebook messages I finally got a response to say Royal Mail state it’s been delivered so that was that! I then had to contact Royal Mail myself, who stated I should never had needed to as the day I informed the company I didn’t receive goods was the day they should have organised an investigation. Anyway months went by and I always had to contact them. A lot of the times they’d read my Facebook message and not reply. I phoned numerous times and asked to speak to the manager all of who said they’d take my details and she’ll call me bsck. I never ever received a phone call from her. A few weeks ago I received the first message from them without me having to message first to say Royal Mail aren’t taking liability even though I have screen shotted them my emails with Royal Mail stating the driver can’t remember when he took the parcel. It’s now almost dec and o haven’t received my sons coat or a refund. Stay clear of this company, esp if ordering online. Once they have your money you will have a hard time getting it back should you want to. I have never came across a company with such poor customer service and customer satisfaction. I will also add that on their website they state ANYTHING bought whether online or in store is non refundable. This is illegal as everyone by law has a 2 weeks cooling off period on items bought online, so by law you can return anything purchased online within that time frame. Very dodgy company. Shop else where. Plenty of what they sale is sold else where so have a look round.

Website stock is not live, so if you are in a hurry I'd call to check stock levels. Ordered 2 items on 4th December which appeared to be in stock otherwise it would have said 'out of stock, eh?' no contact or updates from them unless you contact them. Apparently my items were despatched 4 days ago but I still don't have them. Absolutely shocking customer care, not even an offer of postal cost reimbursed, free upgrade to first class post or even a small discount for next order (which there wont be anyway)

Utter disgrace. Selling wrong sizes in brands. Telephone customer service is appalling. Staff member talking over and refusing to listen. Attitude stinks and clearly needs some training in dealing with customer queries! Only shop I know that sell their sizes this way! Absolutely frustrating to deal with. Unfortunately had to give it 1 star! Would definitely not recommend if this is how they treat their customers. Let’s see how my return goes!

Done a shift for Claire as a ‘tester’ shift to see how I liked the job and got on, which I was told I would be paid for it. I then never took the job with Claire and also never heard from her again or was paid for my shift in one of her stores. Don’t know how you can expect people to work for you for free

For a store that specialises in baby and children’s wear the staff could be a lot more friendlier and less stuck up.It seems whenever I have went in to either browse, pick up an online order or to make a purchase in store your made to feel like your custom isn’t needed. There is only one staff member who has always been lovely whenever I’ve seen her in store (dark hair, unfortunately don’t know her name) but for the rest?… less attitude guys, there’s just no need.

The salesperson Sophie helped me out tremendously. I am an expecting mother and was quite anxious about picking out clothes for my baby. She was so assuring and helped me pick the most beautiful dress for my baby girl. She made the experience easy and fun, couldn't thank her enough.

Lovely shop.... UNTIL you have a problem. Item was not fit for purpose. Have had an awful experience trying to get my money back for an item. No reply when item was left for 3 weeks in their shop, no reply from owner after asking to speak to her, no reply to two letters sent and now due to the length of time I am unable to take to court to try and get my money back. Personally I think the owners of the shop knew that if they just ignore phone calls, visits to the shop, letters I would eventually run out of time to take further action and sadly I have. I would gladly of taken them to court.Please read other reviews especially on google, yell and facebook. I am not the only one to have these customer service issues.
