Visited today with my son.. Originally booked to hire a suit..Selection was excellent, service and fitting second to none.Happy boy home with a purchased outfit .. jacket, shirt, trousers altered to fit perfectly various accessories..Suited and booted doesn’t come close..Thank you ladies.5 star service to Jackie and Sarah ..

Incredibly dedicated staff makes this fantastic man's wear shop, a must visit if anyone plan to have a suit for a special day, I got mine for my weeding and I felt wonderful.

I’m not one to leave reviews but I have to say I did not have a good experience with Tux & Tails. This was the 4th place I’d tried to check out my options and it just was not well run. I had an appointment for 2pm and the grooms room was like a bomb had hit it, random itsms sitting everywhere, random ties and dickie bows sitting. And a pop up rail rammed with items which blocked the view of half the range. The staff were nice but honestly it just was amateur, it was young girls who seemed like they’d very little experience. As soon as I arrived they wanted to take all the names of the groomsmen, and I had to ask could I not do this after I’m happy with a suit style and choose one. It just seemed a bit unprofessional. I then was enquiring about a navy tuxedo and it was a full back and forth to see did they have matching trousers, if they had sizes. The majority of the appointment was me and my fiancé sitting on a seat awkwardly whilst the girls were out the back looking for things, I had looked at a nice navy tux with black trim, but was given a royal blue chequered waistcoat and trouser ‘just to check sizes’ and since I also could ‘mix and match items’. But I’d asked for the navy tux (is a 32/32 trouser not common??) I basically was like I don’t won’t to try on a chequered suit when I’m after a tux. Overall it just was a very amateur experience and I was disappointed as I heard good things. 15mins into the appointment we left. If you’re after a plain basic suit or black tux I guess it could be good, but honestly I just thought it was poorly run with girls that weren’t professional.

Great spot to cater for all your needs for that special occasion or just to update your wardrobe . Very welcoming and friendly and priced to suit every pocket . Great range of items and can all b adjusted to make sure it fits exactly fir that special day . Definitely worth a visit you won't regret it .
