FILTR, I'm a repeat customer and I'm looking forward to my loyalty reward next time I come.Dirty Chai Latte is really good, cold chocolate might be nesquik standard but still nice and refreshing, not my thing but not bad!The Potato brioche with halloumi harrisa and honey sandwich performed well beyond my expectations, almost made reconsider my meat eating ways.Now for the controversial part.... the BLUEBERRY Pastas de natas...I'm a strong advocate for a good pastry and I was understandably uneasy about this abomination, however I was wrong to be so judgemental, it was executed very well, with all that I love about the tart with a fun twist!

Since finding this coffee shop, my husband and I hardly visit anywhere else for coffee. A weekly must have. Coffee is exceptional and the selection of vegetarian and vegan food is amazing. Really appreciate the effort made by them to cater for all diets. Street parking a little difficult but worth the effort. Lovely park right across for kids to play.

Who knew chilli jam would cause such a hullabaloo!The owners know very well how much of a fan I am of their coffee shop concept as I tell them frequently. However, I was disappointed last Sunday to have such a negative experience.It was a hot day so I asked for a bottle of water from the fridge. I was told there was not any in the fridge. Then as an alternative I asked for ice in my glass and I was informed I would have to be charged for the ice! I ordered my sandwich and coffee and when I asked for chilli jam the member of staff told me that I shouldn’t need chilli jam because the sandwich is hot enough (her opinion) and I was instructed by her to taste it and let her know. When her colleague came out to deliver coffee to another table I asked her for chilli jam and to my utter dismay I was told “we don’t normally give chilli jam with the sandwiches” and was then asked “have you been to this cafe before?” I found this quite bizarre; my simple request was made to seem outlandish and suggests I would have known that had I been a regular customer.It’s disappointing to receive such shoddy, combative service. Bring back Tom!

not usually in this area and this was such a nice place, really interesting food options, was gutted to hear they had kimchi toasties after we had ordered but had some lovely pastries and the coffee was good too, nice decor, wish we were in the area more to try it again!

I quite like the design and interior here. Not to everyone's liking but I thought it was different. Service here was excellent, ordered a couple of hot chocolates, a brownie and a pastry. The hot chocolate was exceptionally good, better than most of the places I've been to. They didn't offer any cream on the hot chocolate but I suppose it's more authentic this way. The brownie was also excellent, very dense yet still a little moist and delicious. The pastry wasn't quite so good and didn't feel fresh. One of the staff were kind enough to give us a jug of tap water and glasses as well without us having to ask. I think this place would also be quite good for doing a spot of work on the old laptop as well. I wanted to give 5 stars but felt the lack of freshness of the pastry let Filtr down.
