ibis Northampton Centre

Location is for me superb as it is an easy 5 min walk from the railway station, the same to the town centre and only eight minutes to the bus station.The team at this Ibis are always wonderful, helpful if they can and professional.The rooms are very good with all the amenities that you require for a comfortable stay yet offering good value for money.The hotel as a whole is always spotlessly clean and is well maintained.

Stay here weekly on a Monday and never had anything over than good words to say about everyone. This week a perfect example, friendly & enthusiastic welcome / check in from Johanna & Pedro. Seeing the excellent Korey displaying his customer service skills in the bar / restaurant area and the friendly night porter / security gent (sorry don't know his name). Plus, a personal 'happy Monday' welcome note in my room from Sharon the Manager. Excellent and thank you all.

Fantastic location. Lovely clean and modern rooms. I will definitely use these again. 1 star dropped as the WiFi signal was very strong, but extremely slow to do my business emails. Friendly and helpful staff in one of Northamptons best locations. 9/10, highly recommended.

Ibis is located in town centre. The town is not busy so it pleasant to visit if a bit run down. The hotel itself is very modern and well designed. I haven't tried the food yet as its a little pricey but if the rest of the hotel is to go by I'm sure it's good. The room is spotless if a little plain. I was lucky and got a room with a view over the town but not all rooms have a view. I had a nice relaxing stay

Reasonable hotel within easy walking distance of the town centre.Rooms ok but basic. ( I guess you get what you pay for )Good staff and OK breakfast….

Recent stay involved reporting noisy guests in the room above 3 times. Staff apologised and offered an alternative room, albeit with a broken radiator. A complementary breakfast was offered as compensation. Overall despite the incident, it was the cleanliness we which let this hotel down. 2 star should be clean and functional.

Stayed 1 night in December. The Ibis is only 5 minutes walk into the town centre and also to the Roadmender where we saw a gig that night. The room was large and comfortable with a King Size bed, and there was no noise from anywhere. The bar was open when we got back from the gig and the drinks reasonably priced. Parking is in the adjoining Sol Central centre and was £8 for 24 hours. Staff were helpful and friendly, and overall a comfortable fuss-free stay which for £61 was good value.
