All of the staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. They explained everything that was about to happen and gave advice about what was likely to happen after I had left the surgery.

I had dental treatment at this practice in Feb/ March 2014,one tooth extraction and a top and bottom set of dentures,in all 4 visits,the whole process was without pain and the dentures are a perfect fit,i am very happy with the result.Alll the staff at the practice were very friendly and well mannered especially the dentist Mr. Florin Razvan Opera,its a well run practice and i can highly recommend themTom Robinson

My dentist was very efficient and informative

I haven't even got to use the dentist yet. Please explain to me how an extra cost of £5 for PPE becomes my expense. I must hand over £37 before the dentist even has a look in my mouth, not on.

This was the worst dentist i have had the horror of meeting. Enter at your peril.The dentist was rood during my check-up, then, left me waiting for about 30 minutes for my booked appointment while there was no one else waiting or being seen. I could here them chatting in the treatment room, so nothing important, like an emergency.The female dentist then went on to construct an overhang between my teeth so that food compacts in and under every time I eat. In addition she left shards of enamel filling trapped in the very tight gap, that cut my gum every time I ate due to her poor construction. Eventually I managed to prize the teeth apart with tooth picks and using sewing cotton force the shards, that are glass like, out. This was three months ago and some of my tooth is coming away from under her work already, as her work is of such poor quality.I also have to use floss sticks every time I eat to remove the food that compacts in the gap and forces my teeth apart. This constant flossing has caused infection, which I have fortunately been able remedy at home.I wish I had trusted my gut instinct and cancelled the treatment and gone else where. I would give no stars if this was an option.

As a nervous patient with fibromyalgia, I've found the practice to be very understanding and patient. Bogdan is a great Dentist, he's very calming. Maggie on Reception recommended a Phillips Sonicare CleanCare+ toothbrush on my last visit so I purchased 3 of them for myself and my family, at an offer price of 19.99 with a very big saving off the recommended retail price - I can't believe the difference in my teeth from using this toothbrush, they feel so clean that it's almost like I've had a scale and polish. The stains on my teeth have definitely lightened in the two weeks I've used the sonicare. The only downside to the practice is that there are no places for new NHS patients and we really do need a practice in town that accepts them as there are many people who need a dentist that can't get one locally - I'd have given five stars if new NHS patients were accepted.

I have been a patient with this practice for many years and have not had a problem. My usual dentist apparently was on sick leave so I had to see someone else as I had lost a filling. While I waited for my turn I sat patiently and couldn’t help but overhear the receptionist who was very rude and abrupt on the phone she obviously was having a bad day !. The dentist a Romanian man hardly spoke to me but enjoyed banter with the dental nurse making me feel very uneasy. When he did bother to speak he was also very rude. Over the years I feel they have just managed my teeth not suggesting ways forward to the point I felt I couldn’t smile feeling very embarrassed about my failing teeth. I decided to go private and boy what a difference the experience was they have given me a plan to put a smile back on my face and treat me with the respect I deserved. I would not recommend my dentist and give NO STARS for the service they gave it is disgusting.

Really high quality patient care and experience, in very difficult times with very few NHS dentists. Diangde Goh specifically, is a very talented dentist with excellent patient-facing skills.
