From our very first meeting to discuss plans and at every subsequent meeting, I found Joe at the Warmley Branch to be friendly, helpful, knowledgable and professional which is amazing considering how many times we've changed our minds on the design, colour, etc.I have no problem in recommending Howdens Warmley and in particular Joe,Our kitchen has been fitted nearly 2 years now, and any issues that we did have, were put right quickly, also the follow up on an electrical appliance fault which was delt with in double time, and I don't mind adding, the complete kitchen still looks good as new.Well done Howdens, top marks!

Be wary of the website before ordering. They’ve photoshoped the picture of the Fairford Navy Blue to show a matt finish, for it to arrive in a wood grain effect (which is tacky, cheap, rather 1990’s). Having to spend more money to get the same finish as that portrayed on there own website - which is a blatant misrepresentation to the goods delivered.

Met with Joe Ashford yesterday to design a new kitchen. Excellent service. He listened, didn’t rush or pressurise me and understood my needs. A wide range of products and styles. Highly recommend.

Have had a brilliant experience with Joe Ashford throughout our kitchen design process. Really knowledgeable on what would work in the space, he listened to what we wanted and came up with a beautiful design. Nothing was too much trouble when making tweaks. Definitely recommend him for your design.

Very poor customer service. We were treated like we were a bother. It was very difficult to see all the samples because no one wanted to help us and they messed up the order with our builder.

Very good customer service. I needed to get an replacement hinge to fix a broken door for one of their products. Got the part on the day ready to fit. Highly recommend

Not up to date with latest prices, they have a January knockout joinery deals leaflet the guy on the front desk knew nothing about until i told him. Not sure if he was telling truth or just trying to me charge more. Shame really as i have heard good things about Howdens generally
