Staff showed no interest. Looked down at me which made me feel uncomfortable. Didn’t know how to measure my jewellery. Had to tell them how to do it after reading up on internet before going. Would not recommend

Had the most amazing customer service from this store. My sons watch needed fixing and had to be sent away which we were quoted a price. We were then contacted twice by who it was sent to to increase the price (orig price £50 and they wanted £175) which was more than the cost of the watch. We told them to leave it and went back into store to collect the watch. Upon arrival we were surprised that the watch was fixed. The manager advised us that she wasn’t happy with what happened and the price increase and insisted it was fixed at the original price quoted. We didn’t even have to ask for this! Amazing service and would defo recommend this store!

Pleased to write a review regarding the outstanding customer service I received today.The expertise, knowledge and the courtesy extended to me were absolutely wonderful. It was a pleasant experience all around, and I left the shop feeling that I had made the correct choice. I must say that I had been in the shop a week ago and the customer service experience fell far short of today's experience. Knowledge of pieces was lacking, and expertise seemed to be non-existent. I'm happy I made the decision to go back on the off chance I would be served by someone else on the shop staff.

My girlfriend and I were first seen by a lovely red headed lady where we picked out a necklace in the window that had been discounted. We had only just arrived at the shopping centre so still wanted to have a quick nose at other shops but asked to reserve it so we could pick it up later. We came back about 40 minutes later and saw one of the other ladies putting the necklace back out. My girlfriend was a bit annoyed but I assured her maybe they've got back-up stock and they're just replenishing the window". We ended up picking up the necklace and matching earrings although it turned out that it was the only necklace. The red headed lady was very friendly and the items were beautiful but we were both a little disappointed that we could have lost out on our necklace if we had come back any later."
