I was disappointed at first upon visiting the shop as due to the queue and person serving person being on their own I ran out of time to make my purchase. However upon raising it they have responded with excellent customer service and completed my order which I think displays an excellent service and I will use them again.

We visited on 25/11 whilst on a weekend trip to London for my birthday. My boyfriend and I love to have a good explore and we stumbled upon this shop by accident. I am a very big chcolate lover so we of corse popped in. It was such a delightful experience all round. The shop is cosy and inviting. The hot chocolate was so rich without being too much. We also got a selection box to take home which we both loved. The flavour combinations are just impeccable. Super helpful service. The only downside is not having a shop closer to where we live.

Visit this place for an extraordinary chocolate experience. Our food tour guide recommended it, and it was an absolute delight! The chocolates offered here are exceptionally rich, each with its own unique and thoughtful flavors. Indulging in them was a true pleasure!

Really yummy hot chocolate’s here! The area is super quiet and cosy away from the busy streets in the city, so definitely great to catch up with friends.

William Curley has a good selection of absolutely amazing hot chocolate. Great secluded little place in the heart of Soho. There is a small selection of cakes and they were quite nice.

My friends and I had an amazing, unplanned trip to William Curley (Hideaway cafe was very busy), Ben and his work colleague were very accommodating and helpful. Chocolate & tea although it’s not a full meal, it’s great for a small bite to eat. Chocolate is very rich and tea was perfect. Thank you Ben and his work colleague for allowing us to sit there to journal. My friend throughly enjoyed her earl grey tea.

Cute little place, and chocolate is awesome. Love how approachable and friendly the employees are too. Made my shopping experience really enjoyable!Great quality and flavours are stocked. Some are quite unusual, surprisingly works well.

fab secret hidden court in london soho. i visited william curleys chocolate which was yummy. i’ll have to try the coffee shop in the hidden gem next time

This place is extremely cozy. I haven’t tried any of their chocolate so I can’t speak on that. I ordered a Gianduja hot chocolate with oat milk, it was nothing to write home about. They didn’t have almond milk even though it was on the menu, and I was served in a paper cup even though I was staying.
