I stayed here for 2 nights with my Wife and 2 Kids. We were in room 2 which was a good sized room with an en-suite. Room was clean and tidy and had everything we needed.Val welcomed us at chatted to girls and made sure we had everything sorted.B&B has parking to rear and only 10 minute walk to beach and 5 mins to Boscombe High street. Breakfast was really good and lots of choice.Would definitely stay here again

We loved the ambiance and the room. They called us a day in advance to check how many we are to prepare the room. The owner Val was very friendly. There was a nice cup of tea and milk waiting for us. The beds were clean and comfortable. They have a DVD selection and a nice TV in the room. It's a cozy B&B with kind people and we shall return. Ideal for everybody. Thank you for taking care of us, Val!

My boyfriend and I stayed at Waves In on Thursday of last week. We found the price to be very reasonable, the complex was clean and attractive with all the amenities that we needed and some extra bonus treats too (towels to borrow when visiting the beach - only a short walk away, a fabulous selections of DVDs and books to take up to our room but to name a few). There were coffee and tea facilities in the room which was an excellent size with its own wash basin and plenty of storage for clothes and toiletries etc. Towels for the bathroom, shower gel/shampoo and body lotion was also provided for us. The bed was very comfy and spacious with lovely clean linen and the whole place had a very cute nautical seaside theme. The only downside to this hotel was that in our instance we had to share a bathroom, that said, it was very clean and we only had to share with one other room who we did not come into contact with at all so it was just like having our own private bathroom. There was also plenty of parking which is a rarity with some of the local hotels and B&Bs. The best thing about our stay however was the staff. They were all so smiley and friendly and full of local knowledge to help enhance our stay. Nothing was too much trouble and because of them and the rest of our experience at Waves In we will be certain to book again and stay for a longer visit as soon as we can! Very friendly welcoming lady, clean cost room . Nice breakfast. Only one thing I would have preferred is en suite not shared bathroom but was no issue for me except having to leave room for toilet in night ,otherwise sharing bathroom wouldn't made no difference. Thank you for lovely night

Really nice B&B. Room is very clean. Shower takes a couple of minutes to get warm(but worth the wait). Very friendly staff. Highly recommend. 5☆☆☆☆☆

Room felt a bit dusty and beds were too soft or lack of springs? Shower was nice. Distance to the beach was okay and places were quite accessible with bus

Great welcome.Friendly beach themed B and B with lovely rooms.Excellent breakfast which we paid extra for. Dog friendly too. Appreciated the water bowl and bags of treats for the dogs and the ground coffee for us.Would recommend this place for anyone.Good nights comfortable beds and a quiet situation not far from the beach.

Booked directly with Waves In and saved money in comparison to Hotels.com. Parked on the road out front with ease on a Friday evening which I was impressed with. Easy to find, a lovely lady called Val welcomed me to the property and showed me to my room and offered to book me in for breakfast (which I kindly declined). They even have DVDs available in the front porch which I think is a nice touch.I booked an ensuite double (room 5) and I was very impressed. Good size bed, TV, coffee area with a small mirror. Very generous wardrobe space if you are looking to hang clothes. Blind and curtain which I appreciate as it was nice and dark in the room. Shower was good, lamps on either side of the bed. Window looks out over the front where there is a small pretty garden area.The keys had a front door key and room door key so I could come and go at any time of day/night.Overall really wonderful stay, nice to see a friendly face at reception. I felt safe and comfortable during my stay and it was just a stones throw from Boscombe high street. Will definitely stay again if I am in the area!

We had the double beds with shared bathroom which were very clean,it felt more personal than shared. The staff were amazing, we missed breakfast because my 3 year old over slept but the nicest lady on the planet made her breakfast and even sat down with us for a nice chat through breakfast. Beds are comfortable and they have movies on DVD and kids ones too with books free! We felt safe and very relaxed. Definitely going back . Thank you,Donna,Des and Val.

Very happy comfortable stay . Lovely staff, quiet area ,nice garden area , 10 mins from beach only drawback was a shared bathroom otherwise it would be a 5 star guest house would definitely stay again
