Alex has managed to sort every problem I’ve come to her with (which has been a lot!), she’s so so friendly and welcoming it makes the whole experience amazing from start to finish. Absolutely the best massage therapist I’ve been to!

I had my first appointment with Alex in April 2022 and have been a regular ever since. Alex is very professional and helpful, before every session we have a quick catch up about my problem areas/ how my body is feeling to tailor each session to my needs, and most of all she is so lovely I couldn’t feel more comfortable with her. Would highly recommend Alex to anyone thinking of trying out a massage!

I’ve been a client with Alex for 2 years and she is amazing at what she does.I initially went to see her to help with a Achilles tendon issue which Alex resolved and I now see her every 3 weeks to keep on top of any built up tension or restrictions and to keep me feeling my best in my physical job and when playing rugby.She always talks me through what she is doing and gives me advice on stretches and exercises I should do to maintain my body.Best around - would highly recommend.

Alex Newburn Sports Massage Therapy
As a competitive Judo fighter my body is especially beat up, with areas of tightness and restrictions on mobility. I use Alex regularly to help ease the tension and reset my body back to normal after each competition or heavy training session. Wouldn’t go anywhere else as the atmosphere and service are the best I’ve experienced. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get that spring back in your step!

I am a regular client of Alex and she is lovely and very professional, she takes the time to talk through what trouble you are having before the session begins and makes you feel very welcome and comfortable. Making an appointment is very easy via Booksy, Instagram etc. Alex allows time at the beginning and end of your session to dress, so that it doesn’t interfere with your full treatment time. I recommend to a high level her services - completely amazing!
