Sam is a amazing consultant. She is extremely knowledgeable with all the steps and products no matter what time of day she is happy to help.she's also incredibly supportive mentally. When things have been hard in my personal life she has always been their to support me and guide me through. She is not just my consultant she has become a very good friend.I would not of been able to achieve what I have with out her and she is a credit to the 1:1 diet team.

I was very apprehensive of doing the Cambridge diet as i thought it very extreme.I can honestly say it's one of the best things i have ever done.Not only am i feeling better in myself physically but i am also in a great place mentally.Yes it can be tough but for the results i see and feel it is 100% worth it.Thank you Sam for all your help, your advice and your support. Also for the encouragement when i lapse and for not only being my consultant but also a friend

Sam is very welcoming and a great consultant. I wouldn't have done as well without her by my side she's always there's if you have a wobble she will always go above and beyond to help you on your journey

I joined cambrige at the start of lock down its change my life iv lost over 3 stone in 5 months i would definatly recomend this diet to any one sam is a lovely woman to work with aswell so easy to talk to
