Pinker & Green - Drinks Palace

Rubbish service. Queued waiting for a drink the employee was chatting to other staff saw me waiting and walked away. Such a ridiculous set up in Castle Mall food hall when Pinker and Green are the only place you can get a drink

Stopped here around lunchtime whilst visiting another venue. Not too busy and we didn’t have very much of a wait, staff were really friendly and quick to serve us. The prices were fairly reasonable considering this was the only ‘bar’ as such in Castle Quarter. There was ample seating, but I suspect it could get a lot busier in the evenings.I liked the overall vibe, and it had more of an upmarket feel, rather than just ‘a random place selling drinks’. I’d visit again if I was in the area.

I was sat in the mall today at pinker and green around 4:55pm when me and my friend were approached by a security guard working for the bar he asked us to leave if we were not buying anything and said we could not sit in the area if we were not . Both me and my friend were polite and said we would leave as we were not going to buy any drinks .Shortly afterward me and my friend were talking about where we could go and sit instead , and were then getting ready to leave . But a bar lady approached us in a rude manner and said “ Are you going to leave ?! “ to which me and my friend responded calmly that we were then choosing a different place to sit and were then going to stand up . She said “are you going to go then “ .The whole time she was talking to us her dementor was rude and unprofessional as me and my friend were doing as we were told and not making a scene . While we walked over to the bin . The other bar staff could be heard talking about us from across the room . I also feel this was another very unprofessional act and the situation from the bar ladies could have been handled very differently .The bar woman who was disrespectful to us had long red hair and had tattoos over her .Overall I do not believe me and my friend were in the wrong as we were respectful and kind to the security guard who had first told us to leave .

Came in to get a drink with a friend, I absolutely love the atmosphere and vibe of the bar. Amazing service from a girl called Manila, will definitely be coming here again!
