I had a perfect day dress shopping thanks to Amber. She was amazing from the second we walked in, I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect and she was so friendly, explained everything well and made me feel super comfortable. The dresses were all absolutely stunning and she seemed to really get what I wanted without me having to say much. Nothing was too much trouble, Amber was taking dresses off mannequins for me, finding me a petticoat, a matching veil, overskirts, putting lining under dresses so I could see what difference colours would look like. Her patience meant I found the perfect dress and got my magical yes moment! The whole experience was so special and fun, I couldn’t be more grateful for Amber’s help.

Honestly if I could give this more than 5 stars I would. I visited LV after booking my appointment last September at the National Wedding Show. Amber and her mum Tina, were an absolute dream from the second we arrived, they were so welcoming and the boutique is absolutely stunning.I felt very nervous as this was my first time trying dresses on and the first boutique I had been to. They instantly they put me at ease, and we had such a wonderful morning filled with smiles, giggles and then tears. They were everything I could have hoped for and more.They weren't pushy at all, and just wanted me to find what it was that I wanted. I felt I had so much time to try on all the styles. Amber helped me in and out of so many gorgeous gowns, and explained ways I could tweak them if there was something I wasn't quite sure on, I did narrow it down to the moment I said YES.I wouldn't hesitate to recommend LV Couture to anyone, I can not wait to go back and see them again when my dress comes in. I had such a wonderful experience at Louise Victoria Couture Bridal. I was quite nervous as this was my first time dress shopping, but Amber and Tina were so warm and welcoming, and instantly put me at ease.Their friendly and helpful manner made picking out a selection of dresses to try easy, and they gave useful pointers throughout, listening and asking questions, which enabled them to guide me thought a selection of suitable styles.They made me feel relaxed and comfortable, making the whole process of finding my dress extremely enjoyable. There were small personal touches throughout the shop which added to the wonderful experience.

Absolutely lovely shop so much variety to choose from and try.Amber and Tina are the most amazing and lovely people, they make you feel so confident.I could not recommend the shop more! Everything you could hope for and more! Such an amazing experience from start to finish. I was super nervous beforehand but Amber and Tina were both so friendly from the beginning and made me feel so comfortable throughout. The boutique and dresses are beautiful. Amber and Tina were so knowledgeable and helpful in understanding and suggesting what I might like and I left with the perfect dress. My Mom also felt so comfortable and loved the whole experience which meant a lot to me. I can't thank you enough for making it so special and I would not hesitate to recommend to any future brides!

My first experience of looking/trying on wedding dresses for my upcoming wedding. Amber was so friendly & helpful - shes done the shop and layout beautifully. She recommended I try all styles to see which one I preferred, Amber meshed two styles I liked and helped find dresses. I narrowed it down to one which I absolutely fell in love with but I'm the most indecisive person ever, so I will probably be back at a later date. Stunning, breathtaking dress selection and wonderful service couldn't of rated it any better.

Absolutely beautiful store and Amber was incredible in helping me pick out the dress of my dreams. She also did a fabulous job in helping me pick out the most perfect veil, hair piece and earrings which went perfectly with my dress. The whole process was easy and Amber made it very relaxing with the beautiful shop.

My initial fitting with this store was fine but Ithe follow up of dress fitting and pick up etc was very poor. This was the first and only shop I visited and I now wish I had taken my time and looked at more stores as they are quite a few about in the area. The White Room in Minchinhampton would have been a very good store to try as it’s bigger and with more variety and stuff to help but I discovered it too late after already purchasing my dresses.This store is also a very small store and employs just one person with occasional help. When the one employee who is also the business owner had a baby there was no maternity cover and I had to keep contacting her directly which wasn’t straightforward as strictly speaking in a normal situation she would have been on maternity leave a month after giving birth.This means there is no immediate response to phone calls or email is the main way of communication which really isn’t ideal in the run up to wedding with all plans that need to be considered. Some of the dresses were lovely but the business model means the service is way below standard for a bridal store. There are also a limited number of dress designers to compare.The referral to seamstresses for dress adjustment is not quite straight forward and I ended up with another seamstress instead to the one planned because the shop does not contact the seamstress for you so there was some confusion around that.When I gave the feed back to the store she was very defensive and didn’t take on board the issues so that improvement could be made for future brides.I would not recommend using this store if you want a seamless service. I recommend visiting more than 1 store before deciding to purchase such an important and expensive dress.In the end I was so upset I didn’t even want to go to the store to pick up my dresses and had to have my maid of honour do the pick up. I feel using this store was a mistake as it took away from my bridal experience of buying dress and enjoying the process. Having spent over 2K that is just not good enough!

WOW!! I am absolutely elated to have found my perfect dress at Louise Victoria Bridal Shop - honestly, I had the best experience I could have hoped for! I often get self-conscious (as most people do!) but I felt so at ease in front of Amber and Tina. They made me feel so so special and confident. The store is absolutely stunning and the atmosphere was perfect!Their attentive attitude is second to none. I felt like I'd known them my whole life. I'm in awe of what they have created within those four walls.I could not recommend visiting this bridal shop more!! What an amazing experience that I will remember for the rest of my life and is a huge part of my wedding journey.
