Incredibly satisfied with the service, and would highly recommend!We decided to give Express Storage a try after finding that our initial choice was actually fully booked. We were able to easily book a space online in the morning and were able to access it within the hour, so I was incredibly impressed with how intuitive and fast the process was. Plenty of space to leave all our camping gear, with much more room to spare.The owner came out to greet us when we arrived, and was incredibly friendly and helpful. Again, many thanks to him for the fast turnaround in obtaining a space on the same day that we booked it.Advice for people using this storage place is that you will need to provide your own padlock + key, which we didn't have but fortunately there was a superstore minutes away that resolved this. The owner did mention that he may be providing his own locks for new customers in the future, so this might be a non-issue for people after this review, or for those who are more prepared than we were!Another note is to be cautious when using a Satnav or google maps to navigate to the storage location, as it can take you around a long winded road for 15 minutes, instead of taking a direct route to the gate.We only needed the storage for a few days but the price was very reasonable, especially considering we could have had it for the full month.All in all, a very pleasurable experience, and will be definitely using Express Storage should we be in the area again!

Amazing, friendly customer service! A*****We were in a massive trouble on the Sunday night in the middle of moving, as ran out of space and could not find any storages nearby. I thought I'll try my luck called Steve (owner), and to our amazement he not only provided us with a storage immediately but at that very unsocial time he met us there and kindly explained everything. I can not express my gratitude enough for this.For 2 years we used the storage, he kept the price the same, what made our life easier in the present environment. Great value for money and very convenient 24hr access to a secured location.Communication has been outstanding all way through.Highly recommended.
