Wren Kitchens

Cannot fault the service. The whole experience was totally seamless. We had 2 appointments to finalise the design, measurements happened on the agreed date the following week, and so did the delivery. The absolute highlight was our installer Chris Evans who did an outstanding job. I was very apprehensive as it was quite an undertaking and you often hear stories about substandard finishes, but not only did he work fast, the precision in everything he did shows true craftsmanship. Really recommend!

I have been delighted with the overall experience with Wren. Our designer Julie was fab, communication has been excellent and everything was delivered on time.The quality of the cabinets is excellent, and my builder/fitter said he was most impressed as he has done several kitchens before. When there was an issue the Customer Service Team dealt with it swiftly and fairly. I would certainly recommend using Wren's kitchens

We popped into the Shrewsbury store just to have a look at their kitchens. Although we weren’t 100% ready for a new kitchen, we did go armed with measurements. We saw Chloe who designed our new kitchen and showed us a 3D view of what it would look like. The deal was struck! Had it not been a 3D design, I’m sure we would have walked away saying that we’d think about it, but out came the credit card, and the deposit was paid.Chloe kept in contact with us to see how the building work was coming along, and as soon as we were around 8-10 weeks away from completion, she arranged for someone to visit to take the final measurements to check that the kitchen design would fit into our existing space.Arranging a delivery date was easy and we received a time slot the night before with a courtesy phone call confirming their arrival time half an hour beforehand. The two guys who delivered the kitchen were careful, polite and respected my home.We opted for our own carpenter to fit the kitchen, which came ready assembled and found that one door was damaged. I quickly logged into the App, and ordering a replacement was super easy as each unit was listed separately with each component for that unit listed. The delivery date was confirmed on the app immediately and we only had to wait just over a week for the replacement to arrive.I am extremely pleased with my purchase and everyone who visits are very complimentary of it too.

This is just a review for a particular member of staff who has been a massive help throughout the process in buying our kitchen. Viktorija Vijeikyt-Didie works ASAP kitchen designer.It took me ages to come up with a design for the kitchen and she played around and helped us from start to finish. I couldn't rate her more on her skills and kindness. We've had some issues with the delivery date because we've had some family problems so we are having to put the kitchen back and she has been in continual contact with me while I sort things out. If you are looking to get your kitchen designed at Wren then be sure to ask for Viktorija.

Excellent experience from design to delivery shrewsbury store was excellent Julie designed our kitchen and advised best use of space couldn't be happier with the result. Where keeped upto date with delivery the delivery guy where very good

I have used Wren a few times now. The quality of the product is fine, but they obviously have zero confidence in their staff... EVERYTHING is placed back on you. From having to approve the design, absolve them from blame for their surveyors, right upto taking responsibility for the delivery, which they chaged over £150 for! Yet you have to accept a day they are in the area! In this case they failed to deliver a pair of hinges, the showroom wash their hands and point you to customer service" which isn't open on a Saturday

Due to unforeseen circumstances, which could not be helped, we had to push the delivery date back of our customers kitchen. It's a 17th century property, requiring a full room restoration, with numerous jobs needing to be done, that weren't even quoted for.When our customer rang, he was greeted by unprofessional staff, who just kept passing the buck onto someone else. Finally, he got through to someone, who was rude, unhelpful and was pretty much immoveable with their stance on not being able to change the delivery date.After a prolonged debate, the person on the end of the line said that the date could be moved, but my customer would have a bill of £150 for the pleasure. So, because the room wasn't going to be ready, to recap; My customer had to deal with rude, unhelpful Wren staff and was charged £150 at the end of it all. He has purchased an expensive kitchen and Wren treated him worse than someone who'd just walked in off the street.I myself have fitted numerous kitchens over the past 20 years, always using another provider, why change when it just works. This job was our chance to try another kitchen provider, never again.

We're pleased with the quality of our Wren kitchen, but we've been extremely let down by their poor after sales service. If you're lucky that you won't have to deal with their centralised after sales service, and your kitchen installation runs like clockwork, then you'll be very happy overall with them. However, it can only take one tiny issue (in our case, a missing hinge) that led us to the point of contacting the Furniture Ombudsman, who accepted that our problems warranted them to open a case against Wren Kitchens. Surprise, surprise, once they had the Ombudsman on their back, they couldn't work quick enough to resolve it. Their Achilles heal is that as soon you require their help to resolve an issue, your local showroom won't want to deal with you, which is incredibly frustrating. Imagine buying your new car from your local dealer, discovering an issue and the dealer saying you need to take it up with the manufacturer. That's how Wren operates. Be warned! Choose them at your own risk. If all goes well, happy days. If a single tiny thing goes wrong, you've been warned!

From visiting the Shrewsbury store in October 2020 to the completion of our fitted it kitchen in December we were treated as valued customers. All the staff, showroom and fitters, were all very friendly and helpful. Even though a problem did arise which was out of their control due to Covid 19. Dealing with the in the planning department was a little frustrating but the staff at the Shrewsbury store took over and went above and beyond to rectify the problem. Our kitchen was fitted as promised in the time scale initially given. It all went like a well oiled machine, from the delivery to fitting and the disposal of rubbish and packaging. We really couldn't fault them Despite my initial reservations we would definitely recommend Wren kitchens

We are impressed by the quality of the kitchen units we purchased. The sales staff have been very polite, helpful and understanding. Our kitchen fitter was excellent and extremely proficient at his job. The support staff and after sales staff have been very helpful. We are very happy with Wren overall and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.In particular, Matt Carr has been very good.
