Visited today for the first time. Lovely staff & great products. The mince pies & jam tarts were fantastic. Will definitely return when next in Whitchurch.

A great selection of breads and pastries, lots of local produce like jams and pickles too. And you can also pick up a sandwich for on the go, freshly made hot pies and pasties, sausage rolls.

Visited this establishment this morning based on a recommendation. The place was lovely and traditional and we decided to have a Coronation Chicken baguette. The customer service from the elderly lady serving was severely lacking and after spending £8 on 2 baguettes I had the audacity to ask for a carrier bag, to which was told it'd be 20p.I don't carry cash, I said I don't have 20p on me to which in short thrift was told well you can't have one then!"Great shop... poor service over 20p"

Visited here when driving through from a day out.Fantastic breads, cakes, pies and pastries. Real 'oldie worldie' feel to the premises. Staff were helpful and friendly and made good conversation. We weren't disappointed and we'll pop in again on our travels.
