Great service would highly recommend

Booked a viewing with Michelle to view a property at 1:30PM, turned up 5 minutes early and nobody was there to show us the property. My girlfriend that had arranged the viewing spoke to the letting agent who apologised and admitted she had mixed up the times and the actual viewing was at 1PM. We then asked if she could do the viewings anyway, to which she refused. We then asked if we could put an offer in with the Landlord and she said we were unable to because an offer had already been put in now??I'm struggling to comprehend how an offer could be put in within a 30 minute period that would result in our own offer no longer being accepted.Also if we were no longer able to put an offer in because one had been taken, why were we not contacted to say our viewing was cancelled at the very least.The letting agent was negligent with the viewing and completely unphased by the inconvenience she had caused, offering no form of help or alternative resolution.Anyway, thankyou Hatton Homes for wasting time out of our working day as well as travel costs.
