Autoshack

Highly Recommended both Autoshack and Tyreshack as my repairers of First Choice.I was recently quoted approx £3,000 (by a secondary BMW specialist) for repairs to my 8 year old BMW X5 which included £1,500 for a new AC Control unit.With the excellent help of the team at Autoshack I've had a second hand AC, which I purchased from MTAutoPartsUK at £144 fitted by Autoshack with all the other work required completed for just £1,300 in total.Highly recommend Tyreshack for tyres and wheel balancing and Atuoshack for all other car repairs and servicing - Great team of engineers in both units.

Saved me I broke down at legoland got the breakdown at 1oclock in the morning and didn't realise I hadin inadequate breakdown Googled a garage( I live in southampton I'm 62 a female). Stayed in my car outside their garage not knowing what to expect next morning. Anyway they were great and repaired my car and I didn't even notice until I got home how lovely my car looked they had cleaned it. Wish I lived closer I would come to you always Debby satisfied customer.

Had my car serviced/Tyres and tracking carried out.Could not fault them having worked in the Motor trade it is hard to mange a customers expectations. Mine have been exceed fantastic service from sending me a quote to carrying out the work. Thank you Guys

Friendly, efficient and well priced, but they have trouble replying to email enquiries. Enquired on a major service price and availability and didn’t get a response, and it hasn’t been the first time this has happened. Not everyone has time to call only to be told they will then email a quote to you anyway. I realise there is fixed servicing pricing on the website but it doesn’t itemise it in any way. A good outfit none the less, just not quite as good as the service at Tyreshack who I have been using for years. For the work they have done for me it’s all been done very well, just a shame it feels like an understaffed business.

I would just like to personally say thank you to this companyThey dealt with a very frustrated me and a very rude and unhelpful dealer who I brought a car from.Long story short they helped with brake issues that should have never been thereI know there must have been times they were also frustrated however they were always so polite to me and did what ever they could to please the dealer and also try to take my feelings into considerationI really appreciated the help I had although very long winded and stressful we did eventually get somewhere and it would have been quicker if it wasn’t for the dealer messing around with costThank you so much !!!

This company is truly exceptional. Their customer service stands out as the best I've experienced, seamlessly blending efficiency with fairness when it comes to car repairs. A massive shout-out to Craig and Rich for their incredible support and dedication over the years. I can absolutely rely on them to maintain both my car and van, and would never use anybody else. Highly recommend!

I was deceived by the good reviews.My car had a head gasket leak, they diagnosed and said it needs a new engine as the engine was warped and was told it would cost as much as the car (cost if the car was 8000), I am not a mechanic and I had no idea , also I could not take the car anywhere as they had already taken it apart.I didnot have that sort of money,and I asked for other options available , I was told the only other option is to skim the engine, but I was told there is no guarantee. So I had it done and THEY CHARGED ME £2600 for the job with no guarantee ( I knew there was no guarantee as they already told me).After getting the car within 2 days time the car broke down on M1 ,and had to tow back home. I went to the garage they said they can’t do anything.So I went to another garage and they said they could fit a used engine and the whole process would cost me around £1500- £2000 depend on what engine I buy, or I could buy a reconditioned engine And the whole work with engine and labour would cost me around 2500 to 3000. WHEN I WENT TO AUTOSHACK ,I WAS. EVER TOLD ABOUT THESE OPTIONS AND I AM PRETTY SURE THESE GUYS KNEW ABOUT THESE, BUT DOID NOT WANT TO TELL ME ,So THESE GUYS CHARGED ME 2600 FOR A JOB THAT HAD NO GUARANTEE INTEAD I COULD HAVE REPLACE THE ENGINE FOR THAT MONEY…….I would let you decide whether to use these guys

Brilliant place for auto repairs, service and tyre requirements.Friendly helpful staff from reception (Chris) through to mechanics (Gus), that are more than willing to assist.Good prices with discounts offered for loyal customers. Would highly recommend.
