Jolly Tots

Popped in for a stroller yesterday. Staff were amazing, very helpful, answered questions, gave you a demonstration, then left you alone to look at the stroller, they’re always on hand for anything whilst visiting the store.(I’ve been to other day retailers in the past that don’t leave you alone and try to push you into a sale- these never did)We could of taken it boxed or they offered to set it up before we took it away, they then offered to carry it to the car which was lovely. Prices are incredible. Items brand new at a fraction of the price. We pain £79.99 for the Joie brisk stroller which retails at £139.99.Heard about this place from a friend, and will be returning again when we need to upgrade main pushchair. I dropped them a message on messenger and the answered back right away. Wish we knew about them sooner. Will be returning in the future. THANK YOU!!!

Excellent experience. Dave was so helpful, knowledgeable and accommodating. Customer service was outstanding and could not of been happier. I’ve visited both stores and both were just as pleasant, along with all other staff members.

We bought our travel system today with the help and guidance from Dave. He really went above and beyond to help us. As first time parents, we weren’t entirely sure what we needed/what was best suited for us bur Dave took the time to explain, go through options and provide demos. We couldn’t have asked for more and are really grateful to have left with a lot more knowledge and confidence than when we entered. Thanks Dave!

I brought a pushchair from the Facebook page and paid for it to be delivered, it got delivered the next day! And it only cost £6, im so happy with the speedy delivery and I also love the pushchair, so does my little one! I will definitely be looking here for anything else I need for my little girl.

I first went to jolly tots for my first child 21 years ago! And had a beautiful silvercross bouncy pram..... Followed by many more as I'm addicted to prams and there selection and price customer service cannot be beaten! I'm now on baby number 3 and have again just had my pram babystyle prestige 3 in one package from jolly tots, i paid half so it could be ordered to store then the remaining balance on collection or you can pay weekly from as little as 10.00 and spread your cost without any hassle. I cannot rate jolly tots as a company or there staff highly enough. I have never had a problem with any product at all and will be buying all my baby needs in the future!

Great prices for good quality products. This is the second time I have purchased from the company and will definitely be doing it again in the future. I ordered a car seat on Sunday evening and it arrived by Tuesday morning. Thank you

Unprofessional. The staff don’t even know about the items they selling. On top they will make u wrong saying the right thing and what it says on their website. Ordered a push chair it said collection within 24 hours, got the store they saying they need to order it today or tomorrow and will take 7-10 days it’s a joke on top they saying they emailed me and the email didn’t go through. It’s a joke this place is.They definitely need to learn more about the business.

Visited today for the first time with the plan of looking at Travel Systems. We were recommended Jolly Tots by an unknown couple in Merry Hill - and we are glad they did.We came away with several items for our baby who is due soon, all very well priced and good products.Excellent customer service from Ricky - who greeted us and also demonstrated several products for us to look at.Would visit again and have also recommended to friends.

great experience. wanted the nuna mixx for a while and saw it on jolly tots, called and paid and was here the next day! all boxed and in original packaging. super impressed. thank you.

What a fantastic place to go. Dave the sales assistant was out of this world. Showed us everything, wasn't pushie into buying things we didn't need. We will be going back again to get more stuff for our grand daughter/son. If i could give ten stars i would
