Well Pharmacy

Doc text me the day before and said my prescription for cream was ready at Wells.3 times I've been there today!!!.They used different excuses why prescription wasn't ready.Another lady in there had been 3 times aswell today.Fuming!

I have only had my repeat prescription with wells for 3 months I moved my prescription to them because I had 7 different medications, from the very 1st month they were useless they never had my prescription ready and I had to ring my doctor to find out why it hadn't been sent to them!!! This was exactly the same for the other 2 months, all I can suggest is do not trust them they don't care!!

Had my COVID booster and flu vaccination here. Excellent service. Will definitely use this pharmacy again. Can recommend.

On Fri 01/02/19 I picked up my script but did not check the meds were correct when I checked them at home I discovered that they had not given me enough meds ( ones that are twice a day) I phoned up on Mon 04/02/19( next available day) they said I had to bring the boxes in to them, they would investigate it, when I took them in on Tues 05/02/19 they said they had deffo given me correct amounts n they contacted my gp surgery saying I was lying I informed them that I had been administering meds for almost 30 yrs being a sen staff nurse. I have had many occasions were they have given me the wrong amount of meds or even the wrong dose( ie I was given 5mg tabs instead of 2 mg tabs) they lie when they say they are double checked n I am disgusted by their attitude when challenged. They are very unprofessional n I didn't even receive an apology when they admitted to my gp surgery staff they were wrong

Well Offerton is a good farm you, convirniently located on cross roads ar the traffic lights on Hall Street. Staff are pleasent and do work hard. There is restriction of numbers that are allowed to enter at one time. They can be busy at certain times when the queue can be quite long. So its better to plan ahead for waiting time.

This is the worst chemist Iv ever used and a complete let down to the wells chain. The staff are rude and unprofessional, they never answer the phone and do absolutely nothing to provide a service. Prescriptions take forever and are frequently messed up and always late. Avoid this place completely! It should be shut down for incompetence alone! Please read other negative reviews both here and fb! See for yourself.

This place is shocking, doctor put my prescription in on 17th rang up 2 days later still not ready rang up today 20th to be told come in later on today it's not been packed yet, no phone manners or customer service skills just the answer of another staff member in the background

Booked in for flu vaccine today. Was dealt with promptly and efficiently. Pharmacist very knowledgeable and helpful and gave advice on after care. Pleasant experience.

The staff are fine but they don't always have my medication in.

Very unprofessional pharmacy now the long serving staff have left. Absolute chaos with seemingly moronic staff. Very long waiting times. Don't have the correct items in on a regular basis. Staff like to gossip and tell other people about your illnesses and private life. Double check what they give you as it may not always match what the doctor actually prescribes you. Plenty of other pharmacies in the area who are more than capable to deal with your prescriptions.
