Loved the dashboard and being able to see the progress of our sale and purchase. It was also great that the estate agents involved received progress alerts. Once all the documents were found,completed and uploaded it all ran smoothly. So not ideal for the IT illiterate. Good communication between estate agent and solicitor on how things were going. Very efficient overall - just watch out for the extra charges hidden in the t's and c's which mean the cost is the same as a high street solicitor.
