Went here to price up tiles and trims. There are no prices displayed for any products in the store or in their catalogue.The tiles I wanted were over £50 more for exactly the same ones priced up in B&Q. Also the trims were almost £3 each more expensive than B&Q. As a Tile shop, I'd expect them to be cheaper. Guess where I bought my tiles and trims from.

Staff are more interested in their weekend chat and hardly notice you are there. Store is a bit shabby and could do with a tidy up - as it's not possible to reply to the reply *may I add - 'its not how I feel' it was FACT - completely ignored whilst in the store looking for tiles to fit out our new bathrooms X2 and ensuite - was it because I was pushing my newborn about I may have looked like a tire kicker? Well money has now been spent in two other stores and orders placed.. I hope whatever their chat was about was worth a loss of custom and a non returning customer
