Not sure his name but the guy who’s usually there (the one with the mullet) is fantastic, he saved me today when my shoes heel fell off! always so helpful and today he had another gentleman with him who was great too. Thanks timpsons!

Poor craftsmanship - bag strap.I took my Ralph Lauren bag to have the strap mended and this is the finished product for £25. I am absolutely disgusted at the quality of this work that looks like it took a 5-year old all of 3 minutes to do. I told him I wasn’t happy and that it didn’t look like it would last and instead of offering to fix the problem, he took the money and told me to bring it back if it doesn’t last a couple of wears. Poor service.

Be your own judge... sending a nod for Glenn aka the Shoe Doctor whose excellent customer service ensures all customers only receive valid repairs and also achieves the impossible with my recent clear heel repairs... still functioning : )!! His residency at Enfield branch ends this week 10/2/2023 as he heads for Hitchin if you are in need of shoe repair with an honest approach which has me sharing feedback!

Shane was just brilliant..freindly, fantastic customer service not just with me but to customers that opted in the shop whilst I waited. Excellent stitching on my shoe repair. Honestly, you couldn't ask for better service.

Probably the best local Timpson branch is the one where the gentleman in charge makes sure you feel well looked after. I had three watches that needed battery changes and a belt that needed an extra hole. I was able to get a lifetime guarantee on the batteries for a fair price. Additionally, he kindly made the extra hole in the belt free of charge.I will become a regular customer and will enthusiastically recommend this shop.

Took my shoes in to get the soles fixed. We discussed a few options, did not get the service I was expecting. They simply glued my soles back on and left glue all around the bottom of my shoes. Customer service was poor; the man behind the counter simply stared at me and did not welcome me into the shop - I had to show my ticket to him to get some form of reaction from from him and even seemed irritated that I'd shown him my ticket.
