Mim is very professional and dedicated to her work. We asked for her opinion to choose colours for our living room. She responded very quickly and even worked at the airport while going away to South Africa. That is true dedication. She understood our brief and came up with some very strong suggestions. Our lounge is nearly finished and I can’t wait to share the finished room soon. Thanks Mim!!

We are moving house and my daughter asks me for a pink bedroom!! I literally have no idea where to start with all ‘the pink’ without making it look tacky so I asked @cookshouseinteriors to help me. I filled out a questionnaire about what I wanted for the room, told them a budget and they sent me ideas and links based on my answers. The detail of what was sent back was incredible. Every item mentioned was there to make my daughter feel happy, calm, safe, inspired etc!! I have ordered a few bits so far and it’s coming together now. They offer different packages for different prices or you can just get in touch with your requirement request and they will quote you. I swear it doesn’t cost the earth, it will surprise you!! I always thought a service like this would be so pricey but I was shocked! I feel so inspired. Thanks so much. X

Miriam listened; I mean really listened. From our first meeting through to consultation, concept phase, delivery to project managing the realisation she has been great. Turning our desire for the ‘wow’ factor into reality whether it was the ‘bringing together’ of certain rooms through to end-to-end delivery of what we were imagining becoming reality.Miriam is truly passionate about her work and has a real focus on her client. We are partway through our house with her, with more to do but we are very happy and absolutely love everything so far!In addition, Miriam has delivered some designs for our office space and the team are completely onboard, we look forward to being able to work there again… one day!

The Cook's House helped me to not only understand the aesthetic I was trying to achieve, but also put that into a feasible and plausible action plan with additional details that I would never have developed on my own.I often lack finer design details in my own home as I tend to focus on scale and shape, but Miriam added her expertise while still putting my own tastes at the forefront of the project.I will be back soon to get my kitchen and bathroom re-interiored.

Working with Miriam was the best decision we could have made! She put together an e-design package for us to turn a neglected guest bedroom into a cosy and fun nursery on a budget. She made what is usually a difficult, long and usually stressfull process for me and my husband into a streamlined, efficient and really enjoyable experience!First she worked out what our style was (didn't know we had any!) and our likes and dislikes. We were then presented with two lovely colour and design schemes - and choosing between the two was probably the most difficult part as we loved them both. She also then put together some really comprehensive layout options that really saved us time and money as she helped us avoid some furniture spacing issues we would not have caught!We were then sent over a final design document, complete with a range of options to pick from - all we had to do was click the link and buy!Worrying about the nursery was one thing off our list as we prepared for our new arrival and what we ended up with is a room that we absolutely love. It all fits together, does everything we need it to and gives all the right feelings when you walk into the space - and it was completely stress free!
