He very kindly delivered the car to my door very personal service, everything about the car was perfect very clean and tidy to a very high standard. Erin was very helpful and clear in letting us know what are the required documents beforehand, considering some reviews on Google indicated issues with the acceptability of some documents. Everything else was extremely smooth and quick, and the car was also in excellent condition. Will rent again next time.

Perfect, car rental done right. Everything was super smooth (we called in advance to double check the documents, but as a non UK/EU resident I just needed my passport and license, but best to double check). The car was great, and they do not worry about small scratches etc. Super easy pick up and drop off, will definitely use them again! We booked well in advance and got a great deal.
