Moved here from Park Surgery, I have to say coming here was like a breath of fresh air. Suffering with Menapause and the doctor Nicola was amazing, unserstanding and sympathetic. Lovely staff too. For those who have left negative reviews, try Park surgery, you will coming running back forever grateful.

Got my name wrong on registration, refused to correct it and asked to bring all documents back down in person. Can't even remember how many times I listened through the phone message just to be immediately hang up on when through to reception. When I mentioned I got hanged up on, the answer was just, OK. Not to mention the attitude... God help this place, I don't think these are bad people but something is terribly wrong here.

Worst place ever, staff including management, doctors, reception, admin, nurses are all uncaring and in the wrong job, I agree with most people here who have left a review. Awful service. Wrong profession. Supposed to be naturally caring. Don't take your vulnerable family members here. I don't know who the staff think they are. Something should be done about this whole surgery. Will complain to the regulator, best thing, as its not SAFE.

Good afternoon,I would like to show my appreciation and gratitude towards St Paul’s GP Clinic today. I phoned this morning and completed an E-consult online for my 2 year old daughter. The receptionists were polite and helpful. We were allocated an appointment at 12 o’clock. The GP (forgive me, I regrettably didn’t take her name) was professional, listened and understood my concerns as a mother. She thoroughly assessed my daughter and agreed she was unwell (even though she seemed happy and alert in herself at the appointment) and diagnosed her with tonsillitis, tachycardia and suffering with a temp of 39.1 after calpol. We were given excellent advice and reassurance by the GP, a prescription for antibiotics and difflam spray (at my request) was given, we collected it from the pharmacy at the handpost who were also excellent, very accommodating and friendly. The pharmacist even gave my daughter a lolly for when she feels better. After all the negativity around GP services and the NHS, I can say from personal experience that you are all wonderful and working so hard to provide high standards of care in very difficult circumstances.Kind regards and many thanks,

I went to doctors today 8 months pregnant, I was told to come in when I can as I got a toddler at home and had to find childcare. When I finally did i came to doctors at 12 pm. I did a wee sample at home to make it quick for the doctors and i waited and waited . One hour went not been seen . I asked the receptionist whats happening she called the doctor and told him a pregnant women waiting for you been over an hour. I waited again had patient then 2 hours came by , by this time I was hot , thirsty my back was hurting and legs were hurting from waiting soo long as im 8 months pregnant. Then doctor came out ready to go to home visit and receptionist said doctor a lady been waiting over two hours for you. He forgot. He did apologise 3 times even called me but its not right I waited over 2 hours to be seen in 2 minutes. I had a toddler at home with someone else waiting for me to come back i had to leave her with someone just to come to doctors. Such a shame. Receptionist was lovely and so was doctor but made me wait too long . I was soo tired , thirsty and hungry as it was past lunch time. More communication needs to go on.

The staff and Drs at St Pauls Clinic have been amazing. I have been shown such compassion and care. The staff have been understanding, respectful, and caring. The 2 Drs have seen recently have gone above and beyond to ensure I get the help and treatment I need. Thank you.
