A handy place to have around. Services there can be really expensive tho (e.g. £180 for screen replacement which is a Lot compared to what other reviewers wrote).The cash only (no card payment allowed and no receipts) aspect gives this business a shady side which isn't recomforting when they have your device at their hands.That being said, the person I've dealt with (I believe his the owner of the store) is really professional and seems to know his stuff.

I had to change by laptop screen and it wasn’t properly repaired. It had a pixel on the screen and I had my guarantee. He kept saying that it was properly repaired but it wasn’t, as when you buy something it does not come with pixels as a gift! The pixel was there since the laptop was repaired, and the man at the shop said it wasn’t when I brought it to him again (maybe you didn’t check properly?). I told him and his response was incredibly rude, and wanted to charge me an extra £10 for something that is his fault!! Maybe do a discount for the pixel man! As this is not in perfect conditions. When I have something fixed I want to have it perfectly repaired (as it was expensive). So don’t recommend at all this shop.(By the way, the comments of the owner for the bad reviews, that’s how it is in real life. That demonstrates a lot between a good customer service and a pooor one).

I had an issue with my laptops microphone which would have inhibited by ability to take an upcoming exam - I received excellent service at Addline Tech and the issue was resolved within minutes! Great customer service and accessible over the phone. Would recommend to anyone with last minute technical difficulties.

I highly recommend not going into this shop. I bought official apple products from there which failed to work and since then have learnt that they are counterfeit products. When returning the product with the receipt got rudely told. Mark my words. To f#@k off. When I tried to make my point the man behind the counter got abusive and turned to be very racist towards me. This is unacceptable and will not be tolerated. I will be taking this matter further.

Great experience! Got an iphone screen replacement at a good price. If there are any issues from that point onwards bring it back and they’ll help you out.

Context: I went there to try and get my iphone 6s plus repaired as the screen (though not cracked) was not responding. The shop-owner is a very nice/ polite guy, so this is nothing against him. Rating is based on the outcome of my visits.I paid £45 to change the screen as he suggested, but the problem persisted. He said he couldn't give me a refund and instead advised I backup and reset my phone to factory mode. I did, but the screen still doesn't work, and now it's so severely non-responsive that I cannot even set my phone up.All in all, I am £45 out of pocket (£5 more than the other shops on North End Road) and he still couldn't diagnosed the issue properly. It's a shame as he seems like a friendly/helpful guy...

The proprietor is very helpful and professional; my laptop died and he was able to provide me a refurbished laptop at a reasonable price. He also enabled me to manage the transfer of all of my files from my previous laptop. While I was there, he was responsive to all customers who walked in. Great service, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs technical help with their laptops, phones, etc. Thanks Melih!

Not recommended!A few weeks ago they repaired my iPhone. I quickly checked the phone in the shop and it seemed to be working properly. 4 days ago I gave my iPhone to my 9 yrs old nephew as a Christmas gift. He was very happy. Unfortunately, phone stopped to work after 30 MINUTES - screen went black. They ruined my nephews Christmas!If I could give 0 stars I would...

I have used this repair shop for several times. The owner is very kind and professional.Other than previous work which was great, today I walked into the shop after thinking I broke one of my laptop keys (tried everything to fix it), the owner could had easily say leave it with me and I will fix it and then charge me for replacing something, Instead he fixed it in 2 minutes Infront of me and refused to charge me for the work.I must say Addline Tech is a hidden gem on the north end road and I wish all tech repair shops are as transparent as this one.
