Last night i was desperate to get my headlights changed just before 1700hrs,checked all garage in Cirencester and was so disappointed because they could not do it and was turned down by most of them,even though they still got 10min to close.However pop into Cirencester Motor and met Phil who helped me straight away even though he was closed an hour before.Phil was so helpful and fitted my headlights straight away.Would definitely and highly recomend this Company to anyone.Best customer service and so helpful. Thanks again Phil you're the reason why I will come back to the Company every now and again, I've recommended it to all my friends in the Army Base as well.Keep up the good work,and once again thank you Phil for taking care of me.See you soon.Naz

I had a clicking noise coming from rear passenger wheel, I was adamant it was faulty brake pads. After ringing these nice lads from looking at their reviews they diagnosed my Honda civic on short notice and carried out the work in no time! After my consent obviously. I drove away a very happy customer and I will rate 5 stars for their honesty, work, attitude and price! I highly recommend!!

Update May 2023: Another great visit to CMC! Once again I was really impressed with the honesty of the team. While my invoice was being put together, the mechanic was on the phone to a colleague who was checking in to make sure I had got my car alright. He actually corrected my invoice for only half an hour of labour, rather than the hour he thought it was - many garages wouldn’t do this! I did ask for a service but they confirmed that it wasn’t due for some time yet, saving me money and a service I didn’t need. 10/10The team at Cirencester Motor Company were really helpful and honest about what was needed to fix my car. I was only charged for services needed which were very reasonable and I will be returning for my next service.

Absolutely fantastic. In the last month they've done my MOT and service, a cam belt and water pump change, and replaced a split turbo hose seal for me, all at a very reasonable price. 10/10

Excellent! Friendly and honest and much better value than other garages I have used. Their receptionist is such a lovely person to talk you through it all too! Highly recommended.
