A fabulous five star experience from the very beginning. We commissioned four replacement rings to be made, which were of great sentimental value, that had been lost in a house fire. The service we received was second to none, and the care and attention to detail that was implemented by Rose and Andre was extremely reassuring. The rings that were made for us exceeded our expectations. If we ever needed a jeweller again, there is no question that we will return

We commissioned a ring for a milestone birthday. Such an enjoyable experience from choosing the stones, with expert guidance from Rose, to receiving the finished item. It’s the most stunning piece of jewellery I have ever seen and I know it’s unique to me. Thoroughly recommend.

The staff couldn’t be more friendly or helpful. Their care for your items and passion in their work really does show through. They did an absolute beautiful job repairing and resizing a ring I inherited - originally belonging to my great grandmother and they completely understood the sentimental value of this ring. A ring in the windowIt is a rare moment when my wife looks in a jewelers window and has something catch her eye. We were touring from the USA through Canterbury with no intention of real shopping and happened across Andre Rose Jewelers. A gorgeous platinum & diamond dress ring with masterful mille grain detailing sat in the window and my wife asked me to take a photo as she knew we had our 40th anniversary coming up and I was hoping to find something special. Weeks later, after returning to the US, she mentioned it again … so I hopped on the phone to see if the ring might still be there and if perhaps it was close enough in size to be a fit. This charming, wonderful jeweler made it a point to see it through to being on my wife’s finger in the US through the shipping and customs process. It is of magnificent color and detailing, and the vintage style complements her engagement ring and tastes beautifully. Thank you Rose, Andre & Jo for helping make sure my Cinderella found her magic slipper.

This review is a long time coming! I had an engagement ring made in 2009, it was an Irish Claddagh ring, the level of detail was amazing, it has been a taking point in many other jewellers over the years when we get it assessed for insurance purposes.The ring is amazing but comes second in quality when compared to the staff, they all were amazing. If you want a special piece made there is no place else I would recommend. These people are true masters of their craft.

Fantastic jewellers, a very helpful and creative team. We are extremely happy with my wife's engagement ring and our wedding rings. We were pleased with the attentiveness and care that all the staff showed us and extremely happy with the amazing creativity in their design of my wife's engagment ring which Andy made. We went back for the wedding rings to be made; Julia designed the wedding ring to complement my wife's engagement ring fantastically, and she was helpful in choosing the right band for my own (albeit a much simpler job!).

Lost an earring and they made me one to match . You really can't tell the difference and the quality is amazing. I also had some jewellery repaired and all my jewellery valued for insurance purposes . Excellent service provided
