Review is for café5 times in a row, been told that half of the menu isn't available, despite 2 hours remaining until café closes.Seems like they want to clean" the kitchen early and finish work earlier.Last time a manager overheard the conversation and asked them to make it. Same issue today. Other customers being refused service too who are unhappy.Very poor service"

Another Morrison store that has been revamped and modernised.The car park is quite large and I counted 15 disabled parking bays. 8 on the right side close to the entrance . A further 7 bays towards the left side rear of store also with a store entrance . Access to the store is flat and level throughout and no problems for wheelchair/pushchair .There are several mother and baby parking bays too .Inside the store has also been modernised with the now familiar market street look and lots of displays around the internal wallsThere is a manned customer service desk and kiosk. Most tills were in use when I was there along with several self service tills .Customer toilets are located behind the tills and it’s a generous area with ladies and gents wc a disabled wc which can accommodate a large wheelchair . There is a separate baby changer!! (Top marks for this!)

Would have given 0 stars if I could. So today witnessed an older man and his wife, who was disabled and used the stores scooter to do their shopping. Security woman told them they couldn't take the scooter out to their car. So how was the gentleman suppose to carry 4 bags and assist his wife, who clearly couldn't walk much to the car. The gentleman said he'd shopped there for 30 years and it was never a problem. Upsetting to see, shame on you Morris ons and the security guard. The couple were really upset

This is our regular shopping trip and its well overdue a refit, things are looking a bit shabby and the 'manned' checkouts need updating as the conveyor belts often fail or the scanning devices do not work. Staff try their best but are up against it.

At the hot food counter where the pre cooked food is asked the lady working there if any halal options , looked at my like I just asked if I can boot her dog ??? Working on meat section but don’t know what halal means ?? Seriously just racist

Its a nice supermarket, not my go to, but always good to get in and grab some snacks for a picnic in the park. Slight downside, I thought the person pushing the Morrisons More card was going to come shopping with us, as they hounded us about the £5 voucher.

Gone massively down hill since the gang a lads left this store. You could tell they were the heart and soul of the place. Now everyone looks miserable, which makes for an unhappy shopping experience

Visited the petrol station on Tuesday 22nd August 2023 @1.30pm. The guy behind the counter was sullen and rude to every customer. He didn't deign to respond to customers, all of whom said 'Good afternoon' to him or say please or thankyou during any of the transactions. His only utterance was 'Receipt?'Normally the staff are excellent but this petulant individual obviously thinks it's beneath his dignity to provide customer service to mere customers.
