Went here after a local garage in East Lothian put sack barrow tyres on my husbands mobility scooter which disintegrated in under 4 weeks! The assistant at Med-Ecosse could not have been more helpful. We came away with 4 new pneumatic wheels (not just tyres) for a very reasonable price. Will be my 'go to' shop from now on. Thankyou.

Poor poor customer service, the “engineers” couldnt have cared less.. considering the line of business they are in you’d have thought been more friendly. The lady at the front desk was however really nice to deal with.

Went with my elderly parents as Mum struggling with her stick and needed a rollator. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Plenty time for practice and try out of available equipment with sensible discussions and advice. All done safely within current Covid guidelines- many thanks Med-Ecosse, Mum is very happy and confident with her new rollator

Went to med-ecosse to see about an electric scooter to make it easier for him getting about and found the whole experience easy and the staff most helpful. New scooter arrives this week so great service

I went into shop with my motorised wheelchair as I had a problem. The gentleman working that day was helpful and fixed the issue within 10 mins. Great service from a cheerful member of staff. Couldn't have asked for better considering I had not bought my chair from them.

They were the closest shop that supplied the bit I required. After a couple of calls the service was very quick.They sell a selection of mobility scooters and wheelchairs and accessories. They also repair and service wheelchairs and scooters, which I do believe they will collect and return.I would have given a 4 star score but for having to chase them up for am answer to getting and the price of the part I wanted.As an interesting extra they have some old wheelchairs and stuff that are shown as a small museum.

Terrible service, given one star because the front of the building looked nice. Totally rude when I said I wasn't buying at the moment but would very shortly, couldn't get away from me quick enough, will not be back
