I used the Co-op Funeral Care when my Daddy passed away in November 2006 and again when my Mother passed away in April 2013.I found the Co-op Funeral Care to be genuinely caring, very professional people and empathetic to your needs. They were always there for you and listened hen you needed to talk about your loved ones, and they lovingly sympathized.They laid both my parents out beautifully. At the Service in Church, they were very reverent and professional. We used Co Op Funeralcare at St Helens to take care of my Dad-in-Law’s funeral and cremation. The whole process was dignified, efficient and empathetic. Staff were always respectful and courteous and everything went as planned. We used their bearers and ordered flowers from them and cannot fault any aspect of the service provided. I have just said goodbye to my much loved husband Geoff.He died of covid19.This puts alot of restrictions on Funeral Homes and Families.Marion and the lovely staff at St Helen's Coop Funeral Home could not have been more thoughtful and supportive. Marion explained everything to me. What they could and could not do due to the pandemic restriction.They did everything to make saying goodbye to my lovely husband as least traumatic as possible. When she said she would look after Geoff like her own she did, and she made my 14 year old daughter losing her dad less painful and a lovely memory.Thanks so much for make this day bearable and a treasured memory.xxxxfuneral homeMFuner

Went to visit my grandad today at the funeral home. Staff are very caring and respectful. They went to check on him before we went to see him and they knocked on the door before opening it so my grandad knew he had visitors. My grandad looked very well and peaceful. Thank you all so much, You would of made him proud.
