Came today to put up scaffolding for glaziers repairing windows in the flat above my café. Arrived during a busy lunchtime and demanded that some items outside the back door were removed immediately. Explained we couldn't right at that moment as we were flat out. All items were then simply thrown down the outside passageway, blocking the fire exit route for adjoining shops. They were left like that after they left When I phoned to complain the owner told me If I have to move them I'll move them how I want". He then ended the call with "Go and cook a sandwich""
