Xgas fitted a new boiler at my elderly mothers house. The heating engineers were quick, polite ,friendly and always on time. Everything was tidied up before they left the house, you wouldn't have known that they had been there. I would definitely use this company again.

X-Gas are X-cellent.First off, they actually turn up when they say they will, and they communicate. A rare quality these days.Secondly they have undertaken works to a good standard and kept the place as clean as possible.

I have very pleased with the work done by Xgas. I received a quote really quickly and was given good advice on which boiler to choose.On the installation day, the workers turned up on time and started work straight away. They did a brilliant job of removing my back boiler which is a lot of work and completed a replacement job in only 2 days. I was very impressed with the standard of work and they left my house spotless. I was guided very well through the new boiler settings and they made sure I was happy with everything.Everyone I have spoken to at Xgas has been very friendly.Overall, I'm very happy with my new boiler. Xgas is a highly professional, reliable company and I shall be recommending.

Called Xgas to come and look at my heating, which hasn't been working for a few years. Very pleasant on the phone, the man who came round was very friendly and helpful, explained that the boiler was beyond repair and he switched the gas off. I told him that I would probably get a whole new heating system next year then when I had more money, and thanked him for the advice. A few months later I get a phone call saying that they had probably got my email address wrong as the bill was coming back as unsent, turns out they had my name spelt wrong in my email address. What bill I asked, as the man was at my house for maybe 5 mins and, other than turn the gas off, he didn't do anything. They said engineer costs. Today I received a bill for £90, can't believe it. Everyone I've dealt with at Xgas has been polite and friendly and I was going to use them in the summer for a full system change, but if they charge £90 for basically nothing, God knows how much some actual work would be.Edit.In answer to your reply, I was not given any quote at any time until I received the bill. Had I known it was £90 just to come and look , I would have found somewhere else.

Absolutely superb service, workmanship and pricing. My previous boiler was nearly 30 years old and although it struggled I managed. The new system has blown me away, the heat, rapid hot water at a twist of the tap and a heat in the house that I hadnt realised I, had missed for so long.Thank you team XGas.

Great company. Fitted a new boiler in July.. Did a great job!. Have also done plumbing jobs for us. Everything done to a very high standard. All the staff are excellent. We would recommend them without question.
